Quaint downtown 1920's bungalow in the Historic Old North End neighborhood
Profitez de notre maison récemment rénovée, des chambres lumineuses et ensoleillées tout au long, et une salle familiale amusante au sous-sol, avec le système de jeu et meubles de sac de haricots. Chaque chambre est décorée avec soin avec une combinaison d'antiquités et de nouveaux meubles confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et de beaux comptoirs en granit. Tout ce que vous voulez, même pour le cuisinier le plus gastronomique. Le bain a une éblouissante nouveau plancher au plafond de douche carrelée avec une enceinte de verre belle pose libre. Dormir toute la nuit sur de nouveaux matelas Tempur-Pedic, une variété d'oreillers frais au choix et nouveaux, des draps frais. De plus, profitez de tout nouveau, la télécommande numérique, conditionné dans chaque chambre pour vous faire frais quand les jours sont chauds. Vous pouvez profiter de la de portes battantes sur la balançoire porche, assis sur le porche arrière à la table de café avec un journal et le café, se reposer autour du foyer avec des sièges pour 8 ou vous détendre dans le bain à remous avec des sièges pour 6 personnes. Ma chambre préférée est le sous-sol, avec une grande fenêtre de sortie pour laisser entrer beaucoup de lumière. Ou attendre la nuit et allumer les lumières de fées, détendez-vous dans les meubles sac de haricots et de mieux les uns les autres sur les guitares avec le groupe de rock Beatles. Il est un grand, détente, espace magique pour tous les âges. Il est un d'une sorte, propriété spectaculaire. À ne pas manquer!

The home was okay but very loud . The windows were old single pane and the loud road noise and neighbors sounded like they were in our bedroom. The host cancelled the cable because it was too expensive so we caught up on 30 year old TV . The hot tub was not clean so we did not use it . The floors were so squeaky getting up in the middle of the night was a cry to everyone to wake up . The previous renters laundry was not complete so the host wanted to finish the laundry after we had just drove hundreds of miles and were exhausted , so we took care of the task. The home needs attention to justify the rent

We stayed here with poem family members for our son's graduation from CC. We very much enjoyed out stay in this quaint, well designed and well appointed cottage! Location was great, quiet neighborhood, close to amenities like grocery and a fantastic liquor store, as well as CC and downtown. Recommend!

This house was so convenient to CC and really beautifully decorated. It was supplied with all the right things and the hot tub was amazing. I would love to come back. It was very comfortable.

Fiance and I absolutely loved this property. We would definitely stay here again. Very clean and neat. Beds and furniture very comfy. Fireplace was very cozy. Hottub was awesome.

This property was a perfect place to stay for an extended weekend. Within a 15 min drive of everything we wanted to do. We were able to bring our dog, she enjoyed being able to run in the backyard and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The house was cozy and so clean. We loved the character of all the furniture.

We had a great time at this cottage - very comfortable and convenient to everything in CS. Loved the secure parking and space for our dog - and so nicely manicured too! Lack of central AC meant we slept with windows open. the 2 window units did help too, and we were very comfortable. Also a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The location of this home is perfect for exploring the area. This home is cute and well equipped. The only downside was that the bed was too soft for our liking, and the bed that seemed a bit firmer didn’t have air conditioning (and it was HOT during our stay), but after the first night we were able to sleep well. We would stay here again if we came back to Colorado Springs!

we had a very nice stay in colorado springs in the vrbo we rented. the property manager had everything needed for our comfort -- good beds, well-supplied kitchen if we would have wanted to cook, comfortable living room to relax in, washer and dryer. great neighborhood, as most of the residents took pride in their yards.

This house had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked and we loved cooking meals together and unplugging. Although the tvs worked well and internet connection was great, we found many other screen free things to do also! Only issue is the BRIGHT light at the neighbors house that stays on all of the time and is blinding while using the hot tub.

We loved our vacation here with our two little dogs! It was so cute and cozy and felt like home. We were close to many dog friendly parks/hikes. The house location is close to many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast spots, and hikes! We can’t wait to come back again!

We previously stayed at this property during Covid and absolutely loved it. We decided to come back this year for thanksgiving and it was just as great as it was before. The property was extremely clean and organized, the sheets comfy, plenty of extra blankets and pillows! We still love the location and the park area right next door was perfect for us to bump the volleyball with our dogs and kids in the afternoon. Will definitely continue to come back.

My husband and I (and our pup!) stayed at Caren's property for a month and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was immaculately clean, well-appointed, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and spacious. The small personal touches made it feel like a real home and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. We loved sitting on the little back porch with a view of the mountains and watching our dog thoroughly enjoy exploring the back yard. We loved the location - it was close to everything we needed/wanted, but in a real neighborhood, so quiet and private too. Caren was such a wonderful host - very quick to respond, checked on us frequently and was so nice and helpful. We were sad when our time came to and end and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Very nice property. We had an issue with a water main break (not owner's fault) and were without water for several hours. Owner had offered to put us up in a hotel if needed, but the issue was resolved before it got to that. Great communication from owner during this period!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights at the start of a multi-city trip to Colorado. After the 14 hour drive from southern Illinois, this charming little house was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The pictures of this property are 100% accurate. It’s eclectically decorated but is very comfortable and well appointed. Having access to the gated back-yard, complete with garage for off street parking, hot tub, fire pit and a small grassed area provided ample space to relax.
The location seemed to be literally minutes from everywhere. Garden of the gods, downtown, manitou springs, bear creek dog park were all less than 15 minutes away and there are numerous options for dine-in, carry-out and delivery.
Caren was very responsive to messages and answered any and all of our questions. Clear instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. Overall a great option if looking for a comfortable base from which to explore Colorado Springs and the surrounding area.
