La ferme sur Adrianne est une magnifique maison récemment rénovée de plus de 3200 pieds carrés avec 1300 pieds carrés extérieurs supplémentaires utilisables de zones de patio donnant sur le magnifique mont Elden. La cour arrière est entièrement clôturée pour la sécurité de vos enfants et de vos animaux de compagnie et parce que nous sommes dans un culdesac, il y a très peu de circulation. Les gens aiment utiliser notre maison en raison de la nature calme et reposante de notre quartier où ils peuvent se détendre en famille ou entre amis. Nous n'autorisons pas les fêtes ou les événements bruyants.
Si vous cherchez un endroit confortable et luxueux pour vous baser tout en explorant la vaste région légendaire du nord de l'Arizona ou vous souhaitez simplement vous détendre avec une boisson froide sur le patio, cette maison est idéale pour vous.
Avec 4 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains, cette maison peut accueillir 8 personnes (4 couples) confortablement avec votre propre chambre. En novembre 2017, nous avons ajouté 6 lits superposés sur mesure dans la mezzanine avec 4 casiers d'école pour que les enfants puissent garder leurs vêtements et 3 grands fauteuils poires. Cette zone est tout à fait le succès avec les enfants et les adultes supplémentaires. En mai 2018, nous avons ajouté trois patios extérieurs supplémentaires, l'un avec du gazon artificiel, pour vos moments de détente en plein air et vos réunions de famille. La chambre principale a un lit king Tempur-Pedic et toutes les autres chambres ont des lits queen size améliorés.
Situé au milieu de la ville et à la base du mont Elden, notre maison se trouve dans un cul-de-sac et se trouve à 30 secondes des centaines de sentiers de randonnée sur le mont Elden. Vous vous trouverez délicieusement cool en été car notre élévation à Flagstaff est de 7000 pieds. The home is exactly what we were hoping for. From the minute you enter the house you feel at home. Velvet and Jeff did a fabulous job decorating. The beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked which is so appreciated when bringing your family. We loved spending time cooking, relaxing on the patio, playing games and enjoying Flagstaffs trails, pickleball courts and downtown eateries. The neighborhood is quiet. The hot tub was clean and hot! Great for the cool nights. We would love to stay again. A definite gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at Velvet and Jefferson's home. The house is comfortable and well-appointed and was convenient to all of the activities we were doing while we were there! This house was a wonderful place to stay in the summer and would also be great during the ski season since the Sno-Bowl is not far away.

This was our second visit to this rental house. The owners are extremely attentive. They take excellent care of the home. Everything was great for our family of 5 and two dogs. The yard is perfect for dogs. The house's upgrades in the bathrooms and front entry are HUGE improvements.

Everything about the house was just perfect from communication to amenities. Unfortunately, my mom got a severe UTI and had to be taken to the hospital in Phoenix so I only stayed there for one of the three nights. I’m so sad I didn’t get to experience the bathtub or the hot tub or any of the great stuff but I hope to come back again sometime. You guys were lovely and I’m just sad that it turned out the way it did.

members of our family and friends. Beautiful home, large enough to spend time together over meals and drinks and yet laid out so you still could have privacy and space when needed. All the conveniences and extra touches needed! Including great outdoor patio and yard.

Came to Flagstaff to go to all the surrounding locations like the Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc. location was perfect, house was clean and super convenient. Owners were super responsive - great trip!

Positive Aspects:
The location of Farmhouse on Adrianne is ideal, offering a close proximity to town while still providing a serene mountain atmosphere, which we found delightful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the size of the home was perfect for accommodating our family of 8 or 4 couples, with separate rooms and dedicated bathrooms. The bathrooms were very nicely done.
Areas for Improvement:
However, there were several aspects of our stay that fell short of expectations. The furniture throughout the house, from the kitchen chairs to the couches, was stained and in poor condition. Notably, we encountered a strong pet urine smell on the Sofa Sac (Bean Bags), which was quite unpleasant.
The kitchen cookware was also in terrible shape, prompting us to purchase our own pans due to concerns about the Teflon coating coming off. Additionally, the kitchen supplies were not adequately stocked for a group of our size, with only 2 rolls of paper towels and no napkins provided. We also found the kitchen faucet to be loose and difficult to use without making a mess.
Furthermore, the overall condition of the house left much to be desired. There were visible signs of wear and tear, such as peeling paint on laundry room door jamb, and stained kitchen concrete countertops. Basic maintenance and repairs are needed to bring the property up to the expected standard, especially considering the price of the rental.

Our family of 4 adults and two children and 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. We celebrated Thanksgiving a week early. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals. We cooked almost all of our meals here. Everyone had their own place to sleep. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The backyard is completely fenced in for dogs. Many vacation rentals we have stayed in say they have a fenced in yard only to find gaps where our small dogs can escape but this yard is truly escape proof. The spa was clean and heated.

We had a great stay at the Farmhouse while in Flagstaff for a wedding. Great home for family and friends. Great outdoor and indoor entertainment space. Be prepared to climb some steps as the home is well above street level.

This is a beautiful home nestled in the pines, with all the amenities that make a vacation feel relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing meals, the backyard was filled with comfortable seating to enjoy supper outside, or to sit and star-gaze. The kids loved the bunk bed set up on the top floor, and the master suite upstairs was delightful. There’s a lovely tub with a TV above it! You can watch your favorite movie while soaking in the suds. It was a truly wonderful vacation!

Velvet’s home was spotless upon arrival. There is plenty of room for the whole family and the beds are comfortable. The house is well stocked and has a great outdoor area. We did have a/c trouble one night, but they were able to get someone out to repair it quickly.

The house was amazing! It easily fit out family of 11. Great location to go see the Grand Canyon and relax when you get home. The 3 boys (9yr & 2 x 12yr) were bidding for the top bunk bed. We played card or dominoes every night. If we weren’t playing cards we were in the Hot Tub. Kitchen is well stocked and even had sharp knife’s.

We couldn't have found a better home for our Arizona Vacation. Everything about the listing of this home is 100% accurate. The location to Grand Canyon, Painted Desert and Sedona was perfect. Flagstaff has everything you need to see and do as well. The customer service and welcoming spirit of Flagstaff was noticed.

My whole family is now talking about a yearly get together at this location. 9 of us including two grandchildren. Easily could have accomodated more. Beautifil home with such a great layout and first class decor. Path to walking trails into the foresst literally across the street !!!!

Perfect home for large groups to stay comfortably. The house is perfectly appointed with a large family room and loft area, as well as plenty of space for a large family gathering to hang out, play games and share meals together. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware and every accessory in between. The decor was incredible and added to the relaxing vibe. There were 10 of us plus 6 well behaved dogs. The area is absolutely beautiful as well, situated just at the base of the mountains with great views!

The Gardiner's Flagstaff farmhouse has every amenity you could wish for and is conveniently located near the Snowbowl ski resort and downtown Flagstaff. The beds were comfortable, the open floorplan allowed for great interaction with fellow guests, and the kitchen is a gourmet's dream. The Gardiners left no detail unattended in their renovation of the property with the effect being a cozy, rustic yet modern interior. I would gladly revisit the property and highly recommend it to all visitors of the Flagstaff area.

This house was perfect for our family. The kids had a ball in their space in the loft area. We also brought our small dog with us and the completely fenced in lot was the best!. The house was decorated for Christmas which also added to the holiday feel! I would highly recommend this house for your stay and we will definitely be staying here in the future.

This is a great property for a family who wants to explore the Grand Canyon. I recommend getting to the home during daylight hours as the entrance is challenging in the dark. It was a great place for our family. Well done.

Great rental spot in Flagstaff while in town for the North Pole experience w our kiddos. Haven’t stayed at many other places in Flagstaff but can see why this is the #1 rental in the area. Super cool home that had everything we needed. Great location, quiet neighborhood and all you need in a home for a nice, relaxing, family friendly stay. Kudos to Velvet and Jeff for maintaining an awesome rental. We’ll be back.
