Profitez de cette spacieuse maison de style ranch de 5 chambres à coucher située dans un quartier calme, au nord-est du centre-ville de Colorado Springs. La maison a de nouveaux planchers de bois franc dans la cuisine et le salon, un nouveau comptoir en granit dans la cuisine et des meubles mis à jour. Le premier étage dispose de 3 chambres, dont une suite parentale, salle de bain d'hôtes pleine, grand salon, salle à manger, et manger dans la cuisine. Le niveau inférieur a 2 chambres, salle de bain complète, salon et aire de jeux, une laverie et plus lits. Il y a une cour privée avec patio et barbecue au gaz et un garage attenant de deux voitures. Wifi haut débit (150 mbs) et télévision par câble dans le salon, la chambre principale et le niveau inférieur.
Situé à seulement 1,6 km du parc et du centre de loisirs de Cottonwood Creek. The home was as advertised and was in the perfect location for access to the all the great things to do and see in Colorado Springs. The owners contacted us throughout our stay to ensure all was well. We would rent again from them!

This was a great landing spot in between activities the 2 days we stayed in Colorado Springs before a backpacking trek. As a group of 9, it had plenty of sleeping areas/beds, ample shower facilities and a kitchen more than capable of feeding the crowd. The in-and-out process was easy and really left us with no issues other than taking it slow at the base of the steep driveway off the street. Though we had a busy schedule and were out of the house a lot, it was a great environment to come back to at the end of the day and unwind.

We had a wonderful time in Colorado Springs and this home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and our 5 littles who were 8 under. We cooked all our meals and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit and made s’mores every night. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was very nice. Was a good base to see all the sites in the Colorado Springs area. Was in the Denver area for a family reunion and wanted to extend our stay and see Pikes Peak.

The host was excellent. I received a call the day prior and received the code just as I was told. The house was in great shape and there were excellent instructions on the tvs and internet and what to do upon checkout. This was one of the best places I have stayed. I will stay there again if we come to the Springs. I give this host a 5 Star Plus. Great experience.

Wonderful stay, beginning to end! This is where my coworkers and I stayed as our work hosted out of state employees for a team retreat. The property feels inviting and comfortable as soon as you walk in. It was the perfect home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in COS, especially if you need plenty of space for many guests! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads and dinning.

Really nice home, well equipped, but not so fancy you feel like you are walking on egg shells worrying about the kids. Location is awesome, nice and quiet neighborhood with close access to conveniences.
Only items of note, beds and mattresses:
King Bed mattress downstairs is old. Its nice and soft, but feels like you are sleeping in a rut, as its showing its age/use. The description on VRBO also showed 2 twin beds being on property upstairs. This is not the case, they don't exist. Luckily we had a couple family members cancel so it was not a problem. Owner was unaware that was how VRBO listed available beds and said they would fix it. The pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs is not suitable for teens or adults. Small kids are ok, but we ended up pulling the mattress off and putting it on the floor, putting a blanket as a liner between the mattress and bottom sheet to make it slightly more comfortable for our 7 year old.

We had a wonderful stay here for the Thanksgiving weekend. My daughter lives in Colorado Springs and this house was a great place for us to all be able to stay together. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out as well as great space to be together for Thanksgiving dinner (that we were able to prepare on site) and play games.

We enjoyed our stay. The 3 bathrooms was a lifesaver. The house was nice, clean and the large pit couch seated many guests. The downstairs bathroom had 4 spiders throughout our 3 day stay. Would stay again.

My 4 siblings, their spouses and I gathered here for a reunion. The house was large enough to accommodate 7 of us very comfortably. The owner was very easy and pleasant to work with. The location was near grocery stores and shopping, which made it super easy to gather everything we needed. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, close to shopping take a look at this house.

Everyone enjoyed the location and house. It was very clean and well kept up. The couch was difficult to sit in and stand up from and not having another seating option except for the dining stools made it much more difficult for our group, who were all past 70. One guest who has some physical disabilities mentioned that a safety bar support on the tub/shower wall would have been very nice to have, but 9ther than that it was a very good choice.

Our group included two preschoolers. All attractions were packed, even sold out, we had thunderstorms. The house was perfect to keep everyone happy. We ended up cooking, playing games and catching up at the house. The playground was a short drive and huge. The space center was fun. We took them to the trampoline park which was super close. Lois was very kind and helpful.
