Cette maison de plage magnifiquement meublée et privée est à six maisons de l'océan. Vous n'avez pas besoin de traverser la route - la maison est SUR L'OCÉANS. La maison recrée l'ambiance et le charme d'une escapade à terre privée et d'une vie de plage authentique avec un décor luxueux.

Our stay was good.The house was well laid out and secure with outdoor recording cameras. The proximity to the beach is great and parking is spacious. Three bathrooms are a big plus. The area is quiet
We were misled into thinking this is a stand alone house when it is a duplex. There were multiple flys in the house when we arrived that took us 3 days to kill completely. The trash is the source. There are no linens and towels provided which make it very difficult for those travelling a long distance. For the price of the rental the linens and towels should bemprovided. The outdoor shower was infested with spiders. When we used the outdoor grill, we could only get one burner to light

I’m a longtime visitor to Virginia Beach. It has been my happy place since my childhood. Sadly, after my father’s passing, we could no longer afford to keep our little family vacation home, but i continue to plan my summer trip there. The Bella Villa was such a great spot for our tradition. Next year I just need to find a larger house so we can all play together there. I will definitely consider staying in Bella Villa again!

We enjoyed our week at Bella Villa. Size was perfect for out family of 8. including a toddler. Listing said steps from beach, with the pictures we assumed the wooden walkway was out the backyard. But it was at the end of the block. Not terrible but it was more walking than I expected with a small toddler. Kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed. Would stay again if we had not determined we need a house with a pool for convenience especially on the off and on rainy days.

We had a very nice stay for a family of six. The house was clean and perfectly located just a block from the North End beach. Diana was easy to communicate with and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I've been coming to the North End of Virginia Beach for over 50 years, and have watched the character of the houses there change greatly over the years. Used to be the houses were very compact with small rooms, low ceilings, saggy mattresses, and the barest of amenities. Part of the fun was trying to make do with some number of constraints: missing measuring cups/spoons; weirdly sized pots and pans without lids; sand in the washer; and never enough sharp knives.
That was the kind of experience I figured I'd be getting with this property, and was pleasantly surprised by the property. Yes, the bedrooms are small and dark, and the kitchen is tiny, but the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the shed in the back contained a dozen beach chairs, 3-4 boogie boards, numerous umbrellas, and a Roll-O cart, all in great working order. My family gathered out on the patio for storytelling and giggling, and enjoyed quiet naps in the afternoon.
Only downside I can think of is that the wifi struggled with so many devices, but the property owner reacted quickly when I inquired and was able to upgrade the bandwidth in a day.

If you are looking for a property in the quiet North End with great beach access, this is the place! We visited with our 3 grandchildren and two daughters. House fit us well. Every beach need is in the shed. Outdoor hot/cold shower means no sand need get in the house. Beach is empty and beautiful Hosts Diana and Daniel were SUPER responsive to even the smallest need. Hope to come back next summer.

Perfect location
The home was a short walk to an amazing beach which was never crowded. Also it was located near the main road so it was easy to get around. We had lots of room and it was nice to have three bathrooms.

Great quiet beach vacation in North Beach
What a wonderful location! We stayed with a family group including grandparents, parents, and kids. We brought our bikes and went for morning rides in the state park across the street. We came back and took the shaded walkway about a 1/4 of a city block from the front door over the dunes and onto the beach. If we hadn't been so tired at night, we could have driven the short distance down the road to many restaurants, mini golf, and other activities. The beach was quiet and perfect and so was the house. The family staying next door had a very upset toddler at night and were very apologetic, but we didn't hear a thing through the walls. Just a lovely vacation.

Great stay
We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean- had everything we needed and had a great location to the beach. There’s a bonus of a lot of beach toys in the outdoor shed- so you aren’t spending a bunch of extra money to make beach trips more comfortable or entertain the kids. The beach is a couple miles off the boardwalk - so even on 4th of July it wasn’t too crowded at all. We were able to see fireworks from either direction that night which was great.

Location is great...just a few houses from the beach. Most houses were empty, as was the beach. We had it almost all to ourselves. Back deck was nice to catch some air, but the flies and mosquitoes made sure we didn't stay long :-( . Very nice gas grill. We all had private bathrooms...no sharing! Kitchen was well equipped.

Perfect for Kids
This property was perfect for our Thanksgiving travels. The kids could walk to the beach everyday and enjoy the jets flying overhead. There were plenty of bedrooms inside with a bedroom on the main level perfect for grandparents. The owner replied quickly when we contacted them during our stay. I was only upset with the cleanliness of the bathrooms when we arrived.

Spectacular oceanside hideaway forsure!
It was a very clean and beautiful home. It had all of the amenities that you would need while on vacation. Rooms are spacious and cozy. I can't express what a great location the house is and beach, it's just a few steps from the beach that wasn't over crowded with people. Which is very nice when you have children! !!! You don't have to search for them thur a crowd. It's close enough to downtown area. This place is a perfect hidden jem!

Nice house with a warm family friendly feeling!
We rented this house for our annual family vacation. It was a great place to spend a week with our adult children and grandchildren. House had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the outside patio was perfect for just relaxing! Close to the beach for all to play in the water and sand. Close to the downtown area where there is plenty to do and see for all. We would definitely recommend the Bella Vista! Owners were great to work with, answered all our questions in a timely manner and provided great customer service! Lots of great restaurants to choose from in the area, we enjoyed so many of them for the fresh seafood!!! Amusement park downtown was perfect for the grandchildren, while still entertaining enough for the adults. Thanks for helping us have a great family vacation!!!

Great time at Bella Villa
Just returned from a wonderful week spent at Bella Villa. The house is exactly as pictured: no unpleasant surprises at all. It is located in a nice, classy neighbourhood. The house is adjacent to a street on one-side and the proximity to the beach is very close and exactly as described: no streets to cross, short walk through a quaint little boardwalk and voila! An almost private beach !
The kitchen has everything you would need to make some home meals or BBQs and the rooms are spacious. Our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children ranging from 6 to 12 yrs old) all enjoyed themselves. The famous boardwalk is less than 10 min driving and a variety of grocery stores abound. Main attractions all close by and on the beach you will surely see the dolphins. The outdoor shower was a blessing especially after all the boggie boarding and bathing suits full of sand ! The owners even have a well stocked shed for chairs, parasols, ect.. should you have forgotten your own. Great house for family vacation
This house was perfect for our week at the beach. We had two families staying at the house, ranging in age from 3 years to 81 years old. It met the needs of everyone. The beautiful beach was so close and such an easy walk. We were able to secure our spot early in the morning and left everything there all day without anyone bothering our stuff. We loved seeing the dolphins and the osprey. We met several locals who were so nice and informative. The owners were so easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs and questions.

Great Location for a quiet vacation
Home is in a quiet section of VA Beach. Just a couple houses to a private beach. - The beach is private, & clean. This is our 2nd stay in your beautiful home. Home is clean, and has everything you need for your vacation. VA Beach has tons of restaurants in the area, lots of adventure for kids & adults. It is a great vacation area!

Great vacation home
Thank you so much for having us as guests. We had such a great time there and we loved the beach in that area. The location was perfect for our family with small children as they had so much space to play in the beach and be themselves. We met some very nice people in the area who were vacation there as well. The beach was so pretty and we had a great time going to the close boardwalk at night. We loved your home with all the amenities you provided and the cozy feeling of it. The grill came in handy and we had a wonderful time chatting outside at dinner time on the deck. I really appreciate all the extras you provided and the beach equipment. In addition, we loved the fact that we could easily walk to the beach and come back to the house if we needed a quick snack. The house was very clean and spacious, definitely a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. So thank you again for having us and making our stay so enjoyable. We will surely return.

The house was perfect. The hosts very nice and available. The only downside is the busy road nearby. But the beach is close and clean. There's also a grocery store nearby. I would'nt hesite to return for another stay.

Great location
My family (wife, parents, and triplets) stayed here in August of 2012. Very nice location really close to the beach (cross no streets), and a nice house layout that worked well for the family. The owner was incredible to work with, and you could tell that they really cared about you have a great vacation. Beach supplies came in handy, and the beach is incredible... wide, not crowded, and just a beautiful spot. I would highly recommend a beach picnic, get your sandwiches from Taste Unlimited. Hopefully will stay there again.

Best Ever
We loved this house. What a wonderful treat for us to leave our home and stay at a place that actually felt like a home, not a beach house. Our kids loved the DVDs and books the owners provided. We really felt pampered in the master bedroom. The huge bed and gorgeous furniture just added to the luxury feel of this home. The owners have great taste and provided a high-end experience for a great value. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach....just a few short steps and you're at the water. We would come home for lunch and bathroom breaks which was so convenient. We spent a lot of time on the deck, eating, relaxing, spending family time. The beach is clean and beautiful with lots of friendly people and loads of space for playing, swimming and walking. The owners were great to work with...very approachable and helpful with any and all questions. We were sad that the week passed by so quickly

Ideal home away from home vacation location for the whole family! The house was impeccably clean, with everything you could ask for in the kitchen. Space abounded for us, my children, their aunt and their Grandma. We watched the sun rise over the ocean on a nearly private beach, and came back in the late afternoon for boogie boarding and body surfing. With only a short drive we could shop like tourists on the boardwalk, or hike through the gorgeous First Landing State Park, or visit the outstanding aquarium and nature center. Our five children claim that this was our best vacation yet! Loved the house, loved the location, loved working with the owners.

Great Family Vacation Getaway
Our only disappointment with our stay here was that the week went by way too fast!! This is an awesome location, great beach access without having to cross any heavily traveled streets (perfect for kids). The home is delightful, we loved the deck for enjoying dinner, drinks and conversation. The property is well located, away from all the congestion of the "Beach Street" area, yet close enough to get there in a few short minutes. The owners were easy to deal with, friendly and informative. This is a great place to stay in VA Beach - you'll be glad you did!!
