We rented the house for a sibling/spouse reunion. It was perfect. Plenty of room for 9, kitchen was well stocked, two gathering areas and lovely outdoor area with fire pit. We would rent this again!

Perfect space for our graduation guests. Plenty of room and privacy for five families. Owner was amazing. Pet friendly. Deer visited each morning. Would recommend highly.

We rented this home to accommodate family and friends while we were attending an out of state wedding. While finding the driveway in the dark the first night was a little challenge , we easily adapted to seeing the Red mailbox after that! The home is very well maintained and supplied! The yard is beautiful. Since it rained during our stay, the creek filled with water for about 24 hours , then the deer came to visit. The house is multiple levels but they are easy to handle as they are all half flights. The location worked out well for us. I felt like all the places we needed to go were less than 20 minutes away; shopping/gas were much closer. We were very happy with this home 😊

The house is big enough for our large group to feel comfortable and never crowded. The back patio is beautiful and relaxing. There is a park beyond the backyard that the kids and dogs really liked. Next door to the house is a pool and tennis facility. They had live music one night which we enjoyed. Location is convenient to all you need and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles - look for the red mailbox to find the house! The children played with the toys provided. Per the pics, the bathrooms are small but nice. Colorado Springs is awesome and we will be back!

The property was perfect for our families to stay at. Everyone had their own space but there was also plenty of areas to spend time together. We especially appreciated that the house was well equipped for our little. An added bonus was the beautiful park just across the back yard. It was a wonderful getaway!

Everything about this house was perfect! There were 3 families, 14 people total, including 8 kids ages 1-14yo and there was plenty of room for everyone! The back patio was great for beautiful nights and if it was rainy the pool room kept us all entertained. The park just on the other side of the trees was a bonus for the kids and we saw so many deer wondering through the backyard. We cooked most of our meals at the house and there was plenty of cookware, plates, silverware and cups. Also plenty of towels. The location of the house could not be better as it was very centrally located to all the things to do in Colorado Springs. The best VRBO house we have stayed in yet!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was perfect for our family! We all had our own space and we all had a place to sit together. We especially loved the large deck and the ample seating so we could all sit outside and chat. As well as, watch the deer go through the yard. We even had one friendly enough to come up to us to see what we had to eat. It didn’t like the lettuce we offered. LoL…. The location was very nice. It was easy to get where we were going and everything we needed was close by. The property was well hidden behind another house keeping traffic noise to a minimum. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It provided everything we needed and then some!

Decided to invite our daughters to spend Thanksgiving in Colorado Springs where our son lives. This house offered enough space for everyone and allowed some privacy for each family because of the layout. It was very well stocked and was especially kid/baby friendly. We enjoyed having the park right next door and the frequent visits from deer and rabbits. Shopping was convenient, also. The owners were quick to reply to any questions I had and were easy to work with. My son-in-law said the only thing missing was a hot tub…;). Would definitely consider renting again.

The Rockrimmon House was spotless upon arrival. Kristen, property manager even texted to advise the house was available early. Inside we found excellent Colorado-themed artwork, a great 4-level layout, quiet set fan towers in each bedroom, a very well-stocked kitchen with labeling in cabinets for glassware, plates, etc., and lots of plastic containers with locking lids for leftovers. The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances and any countertop appliance you may need. The silverware and utensil drawers are filled, and all paper products and dish & dishwasher soaps are included. Outside on the upper deck is a near-new multiple burner Charbroil gas grill, an extra propane tank and plenty of grill tools. The bedrooms are spacious with comforters, quality bedding and bedroom furniture in each. The bunk bedroom has a closet filled with toys for younger visitors. All bathrooms have plenty of paper, hand soap dispensers, shower soap and quality floor rugs. The linen closets are filled with very good towels, sheets and extra blankets. The pool table room became our morning coffee and Today Show room with the nearby 8 seat dining table matched to our group for our many dine-in meals. The large lower deck is furnished with plenty of good outdoor furniture and cushions—very relaxing. And, we could allow the youngest to run & play in the spacious fenced yard with the outdoor toys found in the garage. We used the two car garage for parking during the week and could have parked additional cars on the concrete apron. The house location is off-street in a residential neighborhood with a nearby swim & racquet club. But, the only noises that we heard were the elementary school students enjoying recess across the dry creek and adjoining park. The challenge and fun is in spotting the red mailbox on Delmonico, making the right turn and rolling down the driveway to the Rockrimmon House. For our 50th anniversary, we planned a Colorado Springs trip with our adult children, their spouses and two granddaughters to include the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Air Force Academy, Canon City’s Royal Gorge Rail Road, the Garden of the Gods and the Cog Railway to Pikes Peak and added many more attractions. We couldn’t have picked a better location to access them all. Finally, the mule deer showed up as advertised, visiting the lower backyard almost daily to everyone’s enjoyment. We’ve rented family properties in the past. This, by far, has been our best rental choice.

This property was great for our extended family: grandparents, married children and grandchildren. It was nice to have pack and play, highchair, toys, etc. for young children. We enjoyed the back deck and yard. Location was good for visiting the sites in Colorado Springs.

Well maintained, kitchen was well equipped with every thing we needed, plenty of toys for children, nice yard and access to park. We would definitely rent again and recommend to our USAF friends

Highly recommend. Property was as described, clean and well stocked. The property manager reached out to make sure everything was ok and very responsive to questions. Very spacious house with lots of living and outdoor space that was perfect for a family party of 11. The pool table was very popular and the house is well stocked with games and toys for the kids. Location is centrally located and easy to get to I-25 and Garden of the Gods. There is a nice park behind the property and frequent deer visits in the backyard. We even got to listen to an orchestra concert being held next door which was fabulous. Would happily stay here again.

This home was amazing. They’ve thought of everything - including toys for the children. The sweet management company stayed in constant contact beginning a week before our visit and we’ll after we left. They made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, the porch areas are amazing, and the home is well situated for any size group. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Colorado!

We had a reservation at one of Brian's other locations, once the pandemic started, Brian reached out to us to discuss if we needed to reschedule our visit, without us initiating the contact, WOW!, great customer service. In the end, we did need to reschedule our trip as our son's wedding date changed due to the pandemic. Then we felt the need to change which house to rent due to one member of our party that would have trouble navigating stairs, Brian allowed us to change our reservation to one of his other homes with easier access but still in the area we needed, again great customer service. Our son's wedding was held at Stonehaven Event Center and this place was the perfect choice for us. Close location to Stonehaven, lots of room, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and very clean and organized. Even though this home is in a neighborhood, it felt secluded as it is set back behind another home and backs to a park. The guys loved the pool table, and we had a family of deer that visited us on a few of the days. Brian even allowed us to host our small rehearsal dinner, which turned out perfect. Eveyone we worked with on this trip was so helpful, if we ever need a house of this size again while we are in town, this will be our first choice.

From the minute we walked through the front door, we felt like welcomed guests! No comfort, or amenities were spared! Very clean, modern kitchen with every possible piece of equipment you might need! Every spice you might think of was at our fingertips! Beautiful, inviting decks, with very comfortable seating for all! Gorgeous, quite location, surrounded by trees! Sweet daily visits from the deer! Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms are beautiful! Very baby and kid friendly! THANK YOU, to the owners, for your great attention to every detail! Can't wait to rent here again!

We had family members for all over the country gather at this perfect house. The 15 of us had plenty of space inside and out to visit and have fun, while being close to so many great places to explore and visit. It was a perfect week!

We had a family reunion this weekend with 15 people ranging from 5-60. The house is laid out nicely so everyone had their own space and no one felt on top of each other. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The house was well stocked with blankets, towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this house and stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Colorado.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. Tastefully decorated and the hosts thought of everything. We felt right at home. My only regret is that we didn’t discover the closet full of toys until the day we were leaving. The house is located in a convenient location. Highly recommend!
