Room booked did not have a window like shown in the photo. Window 6 inches wide and 4 feet above my head.

I loved it - close to a lot of touristy things and a close drive to the downtown area
Some minor things I didn’t like was the bathroom was shared between the two rooms rented out in the basement - if someone was in there I had no access to go to the bathroom and if there are a few ppl staying and someone is in the shower you need to hold it until they are done. Another thing, there was no tv in the bedroom but there was one in the common area - I couldn’t get it to change to my subscription of streaming service so I just watched some stuff from my phone - it wasn’t ideal but hey I loved my room the decor the yard the shower the coffee maker I really would say 10 out of ten but I need to be a little harsh because of the shared bathroom maybe they can put in a new one just like a powder room and toilet and then the other one with the shower.

Very beautiful clean house, bathroom was great, easy to find, very nice host, love the fresh fruits.
No blackout curtain, good thing I brought my eye masks so no problem for me.

The room was very clean and spacious. There was a good sushi restaurant nearby.
Limited channels on TV. The Skytrain station wasn't as close as I would've liked.

Schoon, prijs/kwaliteit, locatie buiten centrum en daardoor lekker stil. Goede kamer en fijne gezamenlijke ruimtes.
Beperkte voorzieningen (eet mogelijkheden) doordat je midden in een woonwijk verblijft.

I stayed at two rooms and both were so clean, spacious and comfortable🥰 I wish I could live in the house like that✨There is a very friendly and pretty cat❤️ We played together😉

Clean and indeed cozy place with fireplace in my room. Pleasant and very discreet owners with their lovely cat. Location was great too. Overall my stay was more than satisfying. Thank you Sam!

Great location 10 mins to the airport.
Instructions to chk in were clear. Personally for us we felt the heating was too much and we were sweating in the night. Unfortunately we chkd in very late so we cud not request for anu fan and did not find the air conditioning remote. Over all it was good

Goed en rustig gelegen verblijf - betreft een studio onder de woning van de 'host'.
Eetgelegenheden vlakbij.
De 'host' is via de Booking.com app goed bereikbaar en laat je verder met rust.
Het in- en uitchecken gebeurt contactloos.
Op een kwartier à twintig minuten met een Uber of Lyft naar hartje Vancouver-city.
Wasmachine + droogkast aanwezig.

The owner was kind.
The room was clean and comfortable cuz of there are enough amenities.
I enjoyed music and Netflix on the TV.
It’s difficult for me to change the room temperature. If there is any indication, it’s good!

It was near the area we needed to stay at and it was impeccable, really pretty, and had everything we needed.

El lugar estaba impecable, el baño con peoductos para la ducha, secador de pelo y toallas suficientes para la estadía.
La habitación tenía un hervidor de agua y había te para prepararse y dos botellas de agua. Las lámparas de los veladores son modernas y tienen dos conexiones usb cada una, lo cual hace cómodo cargar los dispositivos sin usar el enchufe que puede ser distinto a tu país.
Hay un gatito hermoso que se acerca a saludar y se deja acariciar :)
El lugar está muy cerca de la estación de metro Langara, caminando son 12 minutos y en bus son 5, por lo cual está muy bien conectado.
Es un barrio tranquilo y seguro.

This property is exceptional. We staged in the guest suite where we had our own living room area and kitchen.
It was our last night before flying home from Vancouver and we had a very relaxed evening here making use of the facilities.
It’s a very good set up and it has everything you need.
It’s not super central but this didn’t matter for us!

Beautiful decor, in a safe residential area.
Beautiful botanic gardens , 1 km walk away .
Reasonable size kitchen to prepare and cook food in , and a pleasant dining area to eat in .
Your out the way ' so without a car your opinions on things to do are pretty limited.
The place did lack any kind of vibe , and tbh we felt we were invading someones house,
Fairly complex rules about what rubbish needs to go where !!!

Loved the clean crisp linens, absolutely peaceful neighborhood, discreet hosts and surprising coffee maker and kettle in the kitchen. And a high tech luxury shower, what a beautiful and surprising treat for a very reasonable price. Thank you!
Well, I enjoyed the coffee very much, but I wished K-Pods weren’t used due to the waste to landfill. Thank you for providing tea too. If I hadn’t had a 06:00 meeting I would have probably come back for another cup of tea. ☀️

The Location was good.
This accommodation is a room in someone's house among the family members. This is not what we wanted to book. There is no patio or outside space to relax. There is no pool. There was no fridge or safe in the unit and no means of heating food except in the family kitchen downstairs. This was unsatisfactory. The communication with the host was non-existent as nobody could speak English.

Ceiling lights seem to have a mind of their own in evenings.
Location a bit far from central city but that was mitigated by good breakfast places nearby. But my fault as I did not do enough research.

Shower wand would not stay upright in shower. But it was fixed after we requested it be looked at.

We were upgraded from the room we booked to the suite which was nice
Unfortunately there was a booking mishap which meant on our second night another family turned up to use the same room. Having said that, the hosts sorted it out quickly
