The location was magnificent! We had a direct view to Burj Khalifa and the fountains, so we could watch them from our bedroom, living room and balcony. The beds are the softest in the world, we slept heavenly. The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated, everything so clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the grocery store is 1 minute walk from the hotel. The balcony is just what you need to chill and watch the fountains. Even though the apartment is in the heart of Dubai, it is well insulated so it's really quiet inside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they answered quickly our questions and requests. It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment, will book again on our next trip and totally recommend it to others.

There is one thing that bothered me: the flies. There must be something to keep them away, a net of something. Once they get inside, it quite hard to get rid of them. I think they love the apartment as much as we do :))

The location is near dubai mall and the view is amazing.

- No cleaning service - Not like what it was advertised in booking the third room is open to living room its not a separated room -The furniture of apartment is a bit old Not very clean -The flush of the second room bathroom toilet was damaged Many thing are about to broke they keep me stressed regarding my refund if it will be considered as Im responsible for this like the second room curtains are about to broke you cant open and close easily , the shower nope is very fragile , the side mirror is fragile. We had to bring our water bottle every time it was only provided upon our arrival No slippers was provided had to wear my sandals all time No body collect the garbage

The manager could have cooperated more and provide book for us an extra parking lot, but unfortunately she didn't.

I liked everything very much. the apartment is clean and comfortable. the owner's representative was very helpful and always in touch.
