Everything. It’s big. It’s spacious. The beds are amazing. It’s pure luxury. The staff are wonderful. The hotel and grounds are huge.

The restaurant closest to the pool doesn’t serve a pool type lunch. You can’t get food at the pool.

The property and facilities are extremely luxurious, staff are exceptional, proactive and the service is second to none. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon delight service was lovely.

The only thing was that the restaurants opened for dinner from 7, so for us with a young child was a bit too late. how ever room service was exceptional and so this is not a complaint at all.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Service: All the staff were so friendly and helpful! I would particularly like to highlight the staff at the Rotisserie and the chef at Olives. He made us the best truffle pizza! Room: We had a room in the Arabian Court. The room was beautiful! Everything was clean and very tastefully decorated. In general, we really liked the Arabian Court, even better than the Palace. Pool: We always used the pool in the Palace. The water was very pleasant and it was always very quiet, as I think most of the children were at the children's pool in the Arabian Court. Resort: The complex is huge! This means that the guests are well divided and you always have your peace and quiet. We were often almost alone on the beach. The sand on the beach was very fine and white! Simply breathtaking. The sea is a bit nicer on the Palm, but the water was good here too. We also always got sun loungers by the pool. I've never seen such a beautiful resort! Everything is green and very well maintained. I can only recommend this hotel! I have been to several hotels in Dubai and they were all beautiful, but this one has surpassed them all. You feel like you're in 1001 nights. All in all, it was a perfect vacation and we will definitely be back!

Everything was just amazing ! The location, the service , the rooms, the hospitality, the breakfast, the views of the city and the palm.

I would suggest in the future that an indoor pool would be a good add on condo the weather.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in diesem herausragenden Hotel zu verbringen, und ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass es eine der besten Erfahrungen war, die wir je gemacht haben. Von dem Moment an, als wir das Hotel betraten, spürten wir den Hauch von Luxus, der sich perfekt mit der orientalischen Architektur vermischte. Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, dass alle Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen. Der Service war auf höchstem Niveau und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen und gut betreut. Der Strand war sehr sauber, wunderschön, bietet viel Privatsphäre und mit einem atemberaubenden Hintergrund, der die Skyline mit einbezog. Die Poollandschaft war ebenso traumhaft, und der Service am Pool ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten uns entspannen und die Zeit am Pool in vollen Zügen genießen. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr sauber und äußerst komfortabel, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die weitläufige und gepflegte Gartenlandschaft trug zusätzlich zu unserem Wohlbefinden bei und bot viele ruhige Ecken zum Entspannen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Es ist ohne Zweifel eines der besten Hotels, in denen wir je unseren Urlaub verbracht haben.

Das Frühstück an sich war qualitativ jedoch hätte das Frühstücksbuffet noch ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein dürfen.

Poor breakfast for such a hotel

The service was exceptional. We arrived early after a long flight and they couldn’t have been more helpful, sorting an early check in and breakfast. The breakfast needs a special mention. It was absolutely delicious and had a wide range of options to choose from, catering both for us & our teenagers. Great pool and gym facilities. A truly fantastic place to stay.

Staying at the One & Only Royal Mirage feels like living an enchanting Arabian Dream. Arabian Courtyard is truly my favourite, the rooms are absolutely stunning! Yet what really stands this hotel apart is the warm and friendly staff. They always make me feel like I’m right at home and genuinely cared about. Thank you for always making my stays special and unforgettable!

Excellent service, magnificent grounds, beautiful room..perfect hotel in every way. We were presented with a bouquet of flowers, champagne and beautiful desert for our wedding anniversary, which was a wonderful surprise. We highly recommend this hotel.

المكان فخم جدا و مريح للاعصاب و منتجع راقي و جميع خدماته راقيه و كل العاملين فيه من اكبر واحد لاصغر واحد في غايه الذوق و البشاشه و الاحترام و الغرف ديكورها جميل جدا و الطعام في المطعم الايطالي رائع و الضيافه في الظهر و المغرب التي مقدمه من الفندق رائع و جميل و المسبح و البحر نظيف جدا و خدمته مرتبه و الجلسات المفتوحه و الموسيقى رائعه ❤️😍❤️

للاسف حاجات بسيطه اتمنى ان تاخدوها بالاعتبار 😔 شطاف في الحمام 😔 تعليقه ملابس في الحمام لتعليق الملابس 😔 مناديل في الغرفه ليس فقط في الحمام 😔 لا توجد فرشه اسنان و معجون 😔 المطعم المغربي ليس كما توقعت 😔 محتاج لتعديل في جوده اللحم في الكسكس و تحسين الطعم 😭

موقع الفندق و منظر الشاطئ واللاونج

- حجزي كان في arabian court وتغير الى the palace بدون سبب مقنع . - موظفين ركن السيارات لا يوجد لديهم الخبرة الكافية للتعامل مع السيارات الفارهة. - عند تسجيل الدخول للفندق اعلمتهم بأنني اود تسجيل الخروج المتأخر وتمت الموافقة من قبل الموظفة، واعلمت الموظفة بأنني سأخرج الساعة 1ظهراً ولكن الساعة 10 صباحاً في اليوم التالي يتصلون بشكل متكرر وعذرهم بأنه عائلة تنتظر تسجيل الدخول وحسب (اللوائح و القوانين ) بأنه يتم تسجيل الدخول 3:00 ومن حقي تسجيل الخروج المتأخر . - مستوى الاكل كان عادي جداً بالمقارنة في المطاعم المتوفرة في الفندق . - غرفة لا يوجد بها مكينة قهوة فقط اظرف قهوة سريعة التحضير ومن النوع السيء. من وجهة نظري ومن خلال حجوزاتي في one & only داخل الدولة وخارجها هذا المستوى لا يليق في سلسة one & only واتوقع لن اكرر الزيارة لـ the palace ،، انصح بزيارة one & only the palm .
