Good location, comfortable beds, and little kitchen in the rooms.

absolutely FILTHY! I was terrified the whole night and kept praying there wasn’t bed bugs or worst! so many construction workers too! if you have a family don’t stay here!

well it property. everyone that stays there minds their own business. heard a few cars blasting music, but I was on the top floor so it wasn’t that bad. could also here doors closing in the hallway.

I did find a cockroach in my room. Sheets also didn't seem clean.

It had a bad smell, no remote for the tv, toilet seat was dirty, stained and smelly blankets. they make you sign a paper at check in that says NO REFUNDS

I stood there waiting to be served nobody helped me I arrived at the first wood spring Dallas Plano Central Legacy Drive and was sent to the location in McKinney. I was told the room isn't ready for me for me because it smells like dog and they don't feel like it's apporpriate to put me in the room. The rooms are tiny and crappy honestly. the fridge is old and outdated.

The washroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, view from the window was great.

No iron stand or iron in the room, so I get to wear my old clothes instead of new ones which I brought. No carpet in the room The elevator had some debris the night I came to the hotel and the same debris was present the next day I left the hotel.

The WiFi wouldn’t connect to the table

I've stayed here on several occasions because the location fits my needs. The staff is usually friendly and before this most recent stay, I hadn't experienced any issues. The rooms are nice and have a small kitchenettes and full size refrigerators. Which is great, when they work.

There are no bathroom amenities, other than soap. Luckily, I brought some shampoo this time, but I don't always, because every hotel I've ever stayed in had at least shampoo in the bathroom. Most have shampoo and conditioner, but this one had nothing but 2 little bars of soap. The biggest issue this time was the refrigerator/freezer in my room didn't work. It was running, but I think it was actually warmer inside the fridge than in the room. The freezer was the same way. I told the front desk the next morning, in hopes they would fix the issue while I was gone, but when I returned that evening, the fridge still didn't work. I told the guy at the front desk, and when he looked up my room number, he said, "Oh yeah, it's been broken for a while. They probably put you in that room because you were only staying a couple nights and probably didn't need the fridge." If they would have told me upfront the fridge wasn't working, I wouldn't have been happy, but would have been more understanding. To find out after the fact that they already knew the fridge wasn't working is disappointing. The guy working the desk did offer to put some of my items in the office fridge, but that meant I had to come back later to pick them up.

It was clean and the staff was nice!
