Apenas fazem serviço de limpeza de quartos a pedido. Estavam a cobrar duplamente o pequeno almoço quando já estava incluido na reserva, por questões de organização interna. Variedade do peq almoço fraca para um sheraton

It was an affordable stay for 2 nights.

The walls had some stains like ketchup and other little marks, during this time the remotes are suppose to be wrapped in plastic, it wasnt but everything else was nice.

Modern, new, clean, well maintained & provided Tesla chargers.

The staff was so sweet. I needed to check in early due to a doctor appointment and they were so accommodating. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable!

When we arrived there was no water in our room. Bar didn’t have wine. A man who worked his shift when we arrived was very unfriendly. He didn’t even say hello, he gave us room that wasn’t in our reservation and never even apologized. It was first time I realized how much people can set your mood in a positive or negative way.

When you arrive music in reception area very loud. My first impression was oh no this is not going to be good but it was pleasantly surprised. As my room was clean and quiet. Much better than my first impression.

The rooms are nice. The staff was super sweet. Location was great and to top it all off, the bar!

The location stayed the same as when it was the LaQuinta Inn, as did the room decor.

When I entered the first room I was assigned, it had not been cleaned. I checked in at 9 p.m. I returned to the front desk and was assigned another room which was perfectly fine. When I first checked in, I was told that 'breakfast is behind the orange doors' (at the other side of the lobby), but was not told that breakfast cost $16.99. I have stayed at the property several times before while it was the LaQuinta Inn, and served a FREE breakfast. The quality and hospitality I came to expect at this property has declined under the new ownership. I will not return.
