Commencez l'aventure dans ce cottage de 1919 magnifiquement décoré et entièrement rénové, à quelques pas des sentiers du jardin des dieux et du Red Rock Canyon, ainsi que des boutiques et des restaurants de Manitou Springs et de Old Colorado City! Un accès facile aux aventures en montagne, au centre-ville et à l'Air Force Academy, ce 2 chambres est un rêve pour les voyageurs. Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée offrant une vue imprenable sur Pikes Peak depuis la table de la cuisine. Le Tava House offre également une vue sur le canyon Red Rock et sur des matelas à mousse à mémoire de forme haut de gamme pour vous garantir une nuit de sommeil optimale. Tava est le mot Ute qui signifie "Soleil" et était le moyen utilisé par Ute pour faire référence à ce que la plupart des habitants appellent maintenant Pikes Peak - "Sun Mountain" et Tava House est l'endroit idéal pour faire l'expérience du soleil et des montagnes! Profitez de 15 minutes à pied ou 3 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Old Colorado City, à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Colorado Springs et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Manitou Springs. Quiet neighborhood, pictures well represented the property, communication was excellent, view of Pikes Peak outside the front door, shops, hiking, restaurants, all within a walk or short drive. House was clean with easy to follow directions on how to do things and rules!

My husband and I stayed here for two days while visiting local attractions. The house was clean, well stocked, and wonderfully located. Had everything we needed. Communications with the owner were easy and they were very responsive to any questions we had. It was very close to Garden of the gods, Pikes Peak, and Manitou Springs downtown area. Would totally stay there again.

Property was exactly as pictured. Modern kitchen with the amenities needed for cooking. Lovely table with enough seating for six. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill and patio seating. Decor was pleasant.
Check in process was super easy. We even added a few nights to our original booking. They made it very easy, just a simple text. Communication was fast so we didn't have to wait long for a response.
Would definitely stay again!

Great cozy home that suited our hiking needs. Nice, clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and eating area. The backyard was perfect for relaxing with a view of Pikes Peak and Manitou Incline. Will visit again!

This was a great property in a highly convenient location. Close to a grocery store, Starbucks, gas stations, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs for the Incline and Pike's Peak. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The hot tub was clean and very much appreciated after hiking!

My husband and our two kids (9 & 7) had a great few days at this home. It was in a great location to all the outdoor places we wanted to visit in colorado springs. Additionally, a great grocery store just down the road. We enjoyed the hot tub and the cozy house. Everything we expected!

Everything was as pictured and we had everything we needed for our short stay. We didn't use the small bedroom, but the king bed in the master bedroom was super comfy!

The neighbor is friendly and helpful. The hot tub is on a quiet street. The bed was the most comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. All around great place. Maybe take some extra towels to accommodate a family of 4 taking showers and getting in and out of the hot tub. Definitely recommend!

Great house in a nice central location to all the sites. Super close the the back entrance to Garden of the Gods which is nice because of contraction at the main entrance. Communication was always quick and helpful. House had everything you could need for your stay.

The house was lovely and so comfortable. The location was great to see all the many sights in the area. There wasn’t anything we needed when we arrived. The rabbits, squirrels and deer kept us entertained. The hot tub was an added bonus and if you MUST cook, Safeway is walkable. The owner and rental hosts were friendly and so accommodating. I would absolutely recommend the property to anyone.

Cute house with all the amenities
Our stay was perfect. The house had everything we needed for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Very close to Garden of the Gods with a grocery store a couple blocks away. Checkin was easy and appreciated the manager checking in with us during our stay.

Fantastic location
Our family of three stayed here in June 2022. It was a great location and near many attractions, some within walking distance. The house was well-maintained and clean. Kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Bed/bedding was great and comfortable. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

Great base for active vaca
Very nice house in quaint neighborhood. Made for a great base for river rafting in Canon City and a trek up Pikes Peak. Coincidentally, you can see the summit from the dining room table!

Great location… comfy house… we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods.

The house was excellent. Only issue we had was the shower. It is outdated. The water mixing was very sensitive and took a number of adjustments to arrive at proper temp.

The location of this property is excellent. It’s a short drive to many Colorado attractions. You can see Pikes Peak from the dining room window and front yard! There are also several restaurants nearby.
The house was very clean and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive and very kind. No complaints at all. Will stay here again on our next trip to Colorado Springs.

Nice house bad neighborhood
The house itself was nice. The neighborhood was not good. The 1st night we had someone bagging on the door asking to come in at 11:30. The 2nd night we were in the hot tub and we had homeless people yelling at us from the road to get out. The shower made a awful noise when it’s running but not a deal breaker. Again the house was nice but the neighborhood made our experience less than great.

This house was the perfect space and location for our recent mom's weekend. The beds were comfortable and there was hot water for days (important with 3 adult women!). Communication with the owners was very quick, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
