El precio del Apartamento es muy bueno y la ubicación también. Tiene bastantes habitaciones y son cómodas.

Hay algunas cosas de mantenimiento descuidadas

Location is excellent. Large apartment, located centrally.

Te location is large and rezonable distance to the city center.

Lack of maintenance. it dosen’t look cleen, has broken courtins or lose, mold on bathroom curtin, overall is far from clean. the livringroom couch is full with dirt spots and I coud go on.

Great location, apartment, and overall value. Spacious and comfortable place but also historic feel and well decorated. The apartment has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Restaurant in the building and grocery stores nearby. Great interaction with host. You can take a 4 euro Uber to everywhere from that location. Ubers are very cheap and plentiful in Lisbon, arrive within 1-2 minutes.

wifi is not accessible in all the rooms

- The flat is very large, perfect for a group, and very bright.

- No heating system. You simply can’t stay at this place during winter. - Poor communication with the host. Replies were very slow (both messages and calls). - Very humid.

Susana was waiting for us in the apartment although we were arriving almost one hour and a half late. There was no complaint from her about the delay. Everything was very clean and even being an old building and apartment, it was very nicely decorated and bathrooms and kitchen are new. All rooms have sunlight, what gives a lot of natural light to the apartment during the day. Interesting neighbourhood with places to discover.

The only thing we missed was the coffee machine filter, so we couldn't make coffee. Instead, there were plenty of tea bags, what was good enough for us!!!!
