Location perfect right in the centre. Staff all very friendly, helpful and polite.
Mattresses sand in the middle so not the most comfortable otherwise all good.

The room was perfectly adequate for our needs. if a little basic. The location is ideal for the city centre and it was nice to stay in a quirky old building with lots of character.
It would have been nice if breakfast had been available, but as there were plenty of cafes in the vicinity it was not a major problem.
The street lighting outside our room window made it difficult to sleep.

The old Tudor style pub was perfect. Even the timber in the room. Fabulous
They were unable to feed us at night. We had to step out, travel weary.

The accommodation is fairly basic but that was not unexpected in such an old building. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The location is excellent, two minutes from the cathedral. Good value.
I would have liked better bedside lighting. Anyone planning on staying in Worcester should be aware of the gulls, a real scourge when they screech from the rooftops loudly at 2am and leave unwanted gifts on your car roof.

Good location - and that was it.
We picked The Farriers Arms primarily because of its location and availability of parking on site. We had seen pictures on Booking.com and recognised that it was a pub and that the rooms were basic but as it was just a two night stay we weren't too worried. However, we did expect it to be clean and comfortable but we were to be disappointed. The property only has two guest rooms. The room we had been allocated had two single beds, one of which was broken and could not be slept in. This was acknowledged by the bar chef, who appeared to be duty manager. We were offered the second room but that was unacceptably dirty and ill-maintained, despite subsequent claims by the owner/landlady that the cleaner had just stepped out to allow us to look at the room. The common areas (stairs, lobby etc) were similarly dirty, cluttered and not at all appealing. We told the two staff on duty in the bar that we couldn't stay in either room but we did manage to get someone from outside who was looking for accommodation urgently to stay in one of the rooms. The Farriers Arms grudgingly refunded one night's price which we reluctantly accepted - the Farriers Arms didn't lose out financially but we did. Not only did we lose half of what we had already paid, we then had to pay for a room for two nights in an alternative hotel.

Excellent prime location and great period property. Didn't get a chance to try the food but locals told us it was great and the menu prices were very good.
Both rooms the beds weren't the most comfortable. In a period property you enjoy the eccentric layout, the beds however would be the only thing stopping us returning.

Location was fantastic for the races and going into town
Parking in the centre of Worcester at no extra cost was great
Easy private access into the building to be able to go and come as we pleased
I’d stay again for those reasons
It’s was all great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful the location was great in the centre of town with parking.
The room was clean and comfortable but accessed up several flights of stairs not an issue for us but could be for someone less mobile.i didn't see any information regarding this on the website.

central to everything great service and lovely bar.

Great location for shops and a show at Worcester Huntingdon Hall.
Good selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a couple of biscuits plus a shower cap and shaving kit in bathroom.
Very small, dated room and very noisy after pubs closed late in the evening. Room clean apart from extremely dusty under the beds, obviously only hoovered on main carpets . Paid for Wi-Fi

quirky rooms
noisy outside and uncomfortable pillows, I’m not sure everyone would know to turn the switch outside the bathroom on to work the shower. They only do food at lunchtime and no information pack in the room.

The best things about this place are the central location and the free parking.
The room is small and basic, which is fine in itself as this is budget accommodation. However the beds are unacceptably uncomfortable. The mattresses are soft and soggy with a visible dip in the centre, before you even get into the bed. The metal bed frames are basic, and squeak and creak every time you turn over or move slightly. A decent nights sleep is simply not possible. At 1am I was seriously contemplating checking out and relocating somewhere else, regardless of cost. As others have said, the rooms are on the top floor, accessed via narrow staircases at the back of the building. We familiarised ourselves with the fire exits and removed a block of wood that was being used to wedge open a fire door. Overall the place is tired and shabby but the beds really let it down. I can not in honesty recommend to anyone.
