Great location, friendly staff, good in house gym.

The place is fantastic but the food is more european than Filipino dish. Me personally I preferred Filipino food specially like dried fish or call it tuyo.

The Food

The location is fantastic, easy convenient access to restaurants and shopping. Hotel lobby and lounge are nice. Great food and drinks with good prices

(My room) There is a leak in the plumbing for the AC. Walking into the room the smell of mildew/mold was distinctive. The humidity was so high The sheets felt wet and made sleep difficult. Generally speaking the hotel seems out of date and the hallways are worn.

Location is great. Right next to shopping mall and restaurants

Meeting room are a bit expensive so our team had to book in another nearby hotel. Their meeting room packages does not allow room rental only. They only allow room plus food packages

Bed was comfy. Great location. Amenities like pool, gym, and sauna are good. Steam room was out of order for the ladies section.

One of the robes had a stain on them. Other towels and bed sheets were clean though

The room wasn’t sound proof and even though I was on the 16th floor I could hear street noise, loud engines, honking. Try and get a room on the pool side of the building. Also there was an issue with my air conditioning. It was either freezing cold or I had to turn it off—no matter what temperature I set it too. I told reception but it still didn’t get fixed.

Classical Asian Luxurious Hotel. Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Great restaurant. Large pool.

Bed and room are so comfortable, we slept round the clock and completely missed breakfast. The friendly staff made us a small breakfast instead - thank you.

How I wish we had a full bed instead of twin.

The location cannot be better. Beside Greenbelt 3 and all the good restaurants. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Amazing breakfast spread. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, literally across from Greenbelt Shopping Mall, Trademark, Glorietta, and SM Malls... Also great eateries around these areas😊 I stayed in room 2126, the housekeeping staff (Nofey)- did a great job during my stay ... thanks!

Overall the hotel gave us a really pleasant stay. Pool area was good and the surrounding area was as well

The room could've needed a slight refurbishment. There were things - especially the bathroom - that should be better at a five star hotel.

Good location. Comfortable room & bed. Tea & coffee making facility. Nice bathroom. Fast lifts. Good wifi. Allowed to check out late. Friendly staff at reception, lobby & porters. Entertainment at night at the lounge.

Daily rate not good value as it does not include breakfast. Staff kept on clearing my table at breakfast every time I get food without any apology offered. My breakfast was interrupted by staff to sign bill to charge to my room as I was having my meal. No coffee pods in my room.
