There was no receptionist for the whole weekend, I had to go ask the security at the entrance gate if I needed anything or clearance on something and also have a direct contact number when we call for arrival time.

Check in is easy as you just collect keys from security.

The pool was very clean and good to swim in. Other residence staying in apartment were friendly and helpful. Location was great as it was close to the eastgate mall.

My cousin and I stayed over for 3 days and 2 nights. There was only 1 and a half rolls of toilet roll left in the room. We were also only given 2 towels and when we requested more towels/toilet roll, it was said that there is no staff working on the weekend for them to give us anything. Also I have tried contacting the emergency contact number/person in charge named Rob. He did not answer my calls but when a resident called him on my behalf to ask about the towels, he answered. All he could say was that there was no staff working, he could not even call me to apologize and instead didnt really care or try to make any plan to meet my needs. It is quite shocking to be honest. Also the sofa in the room was filthy. it was torn and had coffee stains on it (Atleast I hope coffee is all it was).

Well, just to update the management, it's my 3rd time of staying in an apartment..l always booked for 4 days, but usually, my stay is supposed to be 7 days. Due to using the same towels for 4 days and same bedsheets. How the management expects 2 people to use 2 towels for 4days.Even the bedsheets have not changed. Good for me. I didn't come with my partner from the UK..she wouldn't accept it. 2 tea bags for 4 days. I had someone complaining about the same. Please put enough towels and change the bedsheets often . Next times I will check out and ask for a refund. Apart from this everything is great 👍..Good location, security and staff are helpful.

The apartment was dirty, the couches had stains and cigarette burns on them. The entire place smells like smoke, the elevators did not work properly and it is not situated in a safe place.
