Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Personal war in jeglichen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Betten waren bequem. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und einen Taxistand. Lage ist super. Strand und generell Marina perfekt zu erreichen. Poolbereich war schön und sauber.

Ci è piaciuto tutto: la camera grande e i letti molto comodi, la pulizia perfetta. L’hotel si trova in posizione strategica vicino alla metro e a pochi minuti da Dubai Marina. La colazione era varia e abbondante, lo staff molto gentile. È stata una bellissima esperienza.

Room and hotel were kept very clean. Staff were pleasant to deal with and helpful. Cafe located in hotel is good value with good breakfast. Location was a little out of the way however there is good access to taxis from the hotel.

Included breakfast was poor. Not much selection and low quality. WiFi also didn’t work on the balcony of the room. A king sized bed was selected during booking but on arrival the bed was two singles pushed together. TV remote also didn’t work properly. Coffee machine in room also only worked spontaneously.

Staff great and helpful. Close to the metro towards Dubai city center. Walking distance to the beach, blue waters island, marina mall and marina walk. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Very busy hotel, reception area too crowded. Carpet in the room not really clean. Balcony toward big building, not really useful unless you smoke and need to go outside . In the morning very busy elevators, had to wait to go out.

The staff in the Bar attempted to over charge on every visit.

Good breakfast, great service, convenient location in the Marina.

We were given a rooms for smokers even though we asked for a non-smoking room in the reservation. When I noticed that, we already unpacked. The good part is that there was practically no smell of smoke in the room.

The suite was big, pretty, comfortable, very clean. The mattress was simply amazing, same as the pillows. A big kudos to the admin, this is something we’re most hotels fail. Breakfast was good, several options, though a bit crowded. The location is very good, easy to access. Parking is extremely convenient.

The restaurant is a bit small, bcs the hotel is most of the time crowded. Omelette is pretty-prepared (but still tasty).

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, bardzo blisko Mariny z pięknym widokiem z balkonu pokoju. Pokój duży z wygodnym łóżkiem, dobrze zaopatrywany i codziennie sprzątany z codzienną wymianą ręczników, codzienie też zaopatrzenie w wodę oraz kosmetyki do mycia. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła. Dobra kawiarnia w hotelu z pysznymi croissantami. Przyjemny basen z podgrzewaną wodą.

Śniadanie mogłyby być lepsze, mało różnorodne i mały wybór. W restauracji trochę zimno było rano podczas śniadania.

The locatiom

My room was supposed to have a bath, because this was the reason I booked it, but when I got the room there was only shower. They said it's Booking.com that has the mistake of giving wrong information about the rooms. Also there was some bad smell from pillows and blankets.

Отель расположен в отличном районе, всего в 800 метрах от пляжа Marina Beach. Прогулка по марине особое удовольствие. Богатый и вкусный завтрак. Номера большие и комфортные.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm die Lage ist sehr gut. Sauber und sehr nettes Personal.

Vom Balkon Blick auf die Autobahn war dementsprechend laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern konnten wir dennoch gut schlafen.

La ubicación excelente. La comodidad de la habitación y la limpieza diaria impecable. Nina, la chica que habla italiano en la recepción, una muy buena atención. El chico que guarda las maletas, si no me equivoco se llama sureth, muy respetuoso y muy amable.

El desayuno paupérrimo, falta calidad y variedad en los productos, no hay cariño por los detalles, si comparo con un hotel 5 estrellas de la zona claramente le falta mucho para ser 5 estrellas en el desayuno. Pagamos un extra por el social nest en el cual nos atendió una srta. Filipina, la cual nos atendió dos veces, ambas con mala cara, molesta y sin ganas de atender, uno le decía gracias y de su parte ninguna respuesta. En vez de recibirños de buena manera dándonos la bienvenida, parecía que le molestaba que uno vaya y lo primero que nos decía era cuanto tiempo nos podíamos quedar, nos hizo sentir que nos hacía un favor en atendernos.

Liked · My room was superb. Big bed, great pillows. I had a small balcony. The room was light and airy, with a great shower and bath. Staff were first class. Food amazing. Breakfast was very good.

The gym was small and not very well equipped.
