The rental was great, clean and had most all amenities with beautiful view being right on the beach. One complaint, but not major is that the ice maker does not work. The week we were down there was very cold and we needed blankets which they did not have. Beach time rentals immediately had new blankets within a few hours for us to keep us warm at night. One suggestion is to tell the rental owners to clean the drier vent attachment to the wall. It will eventually cause a fire if not cleaned.

Older property. A little dusty. We weren't originally given all of the codes to the various entries but when I texted I got an immediate response. Thought there was an office to get beach equipment from but it was actually in a closet that we didn't notice until the day before we left. The view was amazing and that made it worth it.

And the master bath toilet was very sensitive. The best part of this condo is the location; you walk downstairs, out of the parking garage, and onto the beach. We enjoyed morning walks in the residential neighborhoods and walked to dinner almost every night. Perfect location... out of the hustle but close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do. This is our second stay here, and we enjoyed it. And Mona was great to work with and easy to communicate with. Just wish the air conditioning worked better in the front bedroom.

Unit A12 needs some updating - paint, bathrooms, furniture, etc.Kitchen not real well stocked - only six spoons (I bought six more), mugs were worn and scratched, and there were only four (I bought four more), juice glasses in short supply, no cookie sheet. Hangers in very short supply. Living room rug dirty and needs replacement. I would recommend this property, but would add information on what to expect.

The sheets kept coming off our bed(the king) I saw behind the bed was filthy with dirt. Floor felt like it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. I was also double charged 2 times, once in the summer and then the day we arrived they pulled over $2,500 from our bank. We pre paid in April. I couldn't buy anything with my card for half of our stay. We were lucky to have cash to buy groceries. For that reason I will never be using this service again. They blamed , but the charges were from beachtime rentals. I was so angry because we couldn't relax when we arrived we had to call the bank, wait for our money. Never ever again. Ruined half of my vacation. How can you relax when you don't know if you'll have gas money to get back home? $2,500 is not a small amount of money and honestly, it's very unprofessional that they're just going around charging whenever they feel like it. I felt very vulnerable and I want to feel secure. I didnt get that here.

The location was perfect, as it was away from all the high-rise condos/hotels. The beach wasn't as busy as other areas. We were able to take walks in the residential neighborhoods in the mornings and walk to most of the restaurants/shops/bars in the days/evenings. The condo is right on the beach, so it was very convenient. Only issues/concerns we had, was the condo smelled musty and the pots and pans provided weren't very good and no baking sheet was included, so we weren't able to cook some of the food we wanted to. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Unit A12 was a great rental, in the perfect location, not too close to the the crowds but within walking distance to the pier and beyond. My only complaints was; the bed in the master bedroom is a weapon on your shins and feet! There is a dark colored wood base that is difficult to see. A helpful tip to save yourself a painful bruise, pull the white sheets down lower over the base. The mattress and pillows could use an update as well! The kitchen was well stocked but there were no baking sheets. In the master bathroom, the pull up pin to start the shower came right out so, we could not use that shower the whole week we were renting. I did message the rental manager about that and the lack of towels provided. She only addressed the towels when she returned the message. I found out later that all the extra towels are stored in the skinny closet straight across from the 2nd bathroom. FYI, there are hairdryers in the drawers in the master bathroom. There are a few beach chairs in the hall closet, boogie boards. beach towels by the patio door and maybe an umbrella. There is nothing the owner can do about this but, the people above the unit would awaken us early every morning by what sounded like a metal chair being scraped across a tile floor and the sliding door being opened and closed. They may have also been doing some remodeling too!

My wife retired on Jan 1 and on Jan 2 we were at the Villa. This was a delightful property inside and out. Well kept, everything was a snap, even in a COVID environment. Mona contacted us early, kept us up to speed, and arranged for a contactless delivery. She was as delightful as the property. There was painting going on in the adjacent building but it was of no impact for us. The perfect oceanfront stay!! We travel a lot and this was our 2nd stay in Clearwater in the last 6 months. We’re so impressed with this property we’ll probably return within 4 months. And we’re traveling from Maryland. The best mattress ever (other than at home) and we stay at a lot of 4 and 5 star properties. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It was large and spacious and condo was supplied with beach towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and all the basic necessities. King bed was a bit high off the ground and made it a challenge for someone smaller to get into the bed, not the most comfortable but after a few days, it was okay. The two full size beds were not comfortable so one guest had to sleep on the couch. The air circulation in the guest room was horrible, the room was extremely hot above 80 and we were not permitted to turn the thermostat down to cool the unit down. Unfortunately, there were no beach chairs on the beach for use or rental and the condo only had (1) one small beach chair in the unit which poses a problem when the condo accommodates six (6) people, therefore you could not sit at the beach unless you sat in the sand, beach was nice and clean and private, parking underneath was labeled for each unit so you had your own spot, pool and restrooms were very clean (but pool gets shaded at times, so you if you want sun you have to go to the beach). Overall, our stay nice, just some things to talk to the owner about ~ thank you! I would recommend this property but some things need to be taken care of, so I did answer yes to that question.

We had a very relaxing week at this condo on north Clearwater beach. The location overlooking the beach was amazing, although the street side felt a little sketchy after dark. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 teens.
