Very spacious and well maintained.
The very steep stairs. I am a 100% disabled veteran who has trouble going up and down the stairs due to injuries sustained while on active duty.

Condo is short walking distance for the beach and restaurants. The pool area was perfectly clean and comfortable. All areas are clean, comfortable spacious, and beds are comfortable.

The place is near to restos and other recreational areas.
There is a problem with the internet connection and on our 2nd day the lock on the main door stopped working.

Good location, clean and well-kept facilities.
Pet # limit was not disclosed in description on the site, and there was no place to specify pets when booking through the site. We had to leave pets at home because of this.
Beds were VERY uncomfortable.
Pool and exterior of building was cleaned / bleached during our stay, interrupting plans to use the pool and raising concerns for our trucks getting bleached in that process.

Great curb appeal & cute backyard. The backyard included a small pool that was the perfect size for lounging after a day of rough waves at the beach. The washer & dryer were very convenient to have, and the living area was a great size for the family to hangout. the master bedroom was very comfy, & came with the balcony & your own private bathroom. the second bedroom came with as much optional bedding as they could fit. Easy check-in & check-out instructions.
The living room sofa could’ve been a pull out bed. The lock to the front door is eroded from the salty air making it difficult to use the key.

My husband loved living room art being part of Boca SpaceX family, and cleanliness was exceptional.

The matresses were horrible and uncomfortable.

The garbage disposal stopped working the 2nd day.

There was no lights in the pool .

We reported the issue and had no response.

I liked it.
The light at the pool was turning on after 10pm,so my kids were not enjoying coz of darkness, they were leaving the pool at 9pm.
