Manager was nice

The room had roaches and when you tell them they act like they don’t care.

Breakfast wasn’t an option. They didn’t serve it.

They need an exterminator in the entire hotel. Roaches were everywhere. I got up at 11pm and drove to Walmart for insect spray. Management didn’t care. They gave dirty stained wash cloths and towels. I never took a shower, due to the roach infested dirty tub. Imagine a 4 day stay and you can only wash up because the fear of bugs. In my 4 day stay they never came to my room to ask if I wanted it cleaned. There is no telephone in the room. I had to stay there because I had been dropped off there and had no transportation. I was there for the funeral of my sister in law. If Rodeway Inn in Enterprise Alabama isn’t associated with your company you need to make them change their name.

The room was clean and appeared newly remodeled. Bed was adequate, and the television worked well.

The bathroom could have used a bit more attention to cleaning, especially the toilet.

Facility was clean, but older. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was no trash can, and the calking looked old and dirty.

Rude. Filthy. Never stay there again.
