location and cleaniness

the design of the shower was awful-you could not find how to turn it on. i had to call the front desk after frustration of trying to figure it out. they should have a sign

cold showers, blankets not heavy enough so had to really warm room to sleep

Do not stay in room 205. In the bathroom, there is a crack tile near the tub. I had to put a towel over it so my kids don't step on it. You could not close the door all the way while using it because you might get stuck very hard to open when closed. Went downstairs and told them she said "oh,I heard that before," and didn't change our room. Next at 11pm we were woken up by the AC unit that made a loud rumble called the front desk she came up and said " oh wow that is loud" and push the cover of the AC unit she said sometimes it get loose. She showed us how to do it if should happen again. Next day it happened at 1am and 3am very annoyed. The indoor pool room was warm but the water water was cold. This was the main feature of the hotel, why we chose this hotel we were very disappointed

It was nice to be able to have that first meal of the day available. It started the day off on the right foot.

Staff was not very attentive. Hard to get help or questions answered.

The rooms were clean as always

I was checked in my room and the front desk clerk already looked like she had a attitude, one I was checked on I got to my room and as I was taking a shower fully naked in the bathroom a couple walked in .. I'm yelling letting them know someone was in here and obviously they didn't understand what I was saying , by the time I get able to throw something on the manager comes knocking at the door saying no one was checked in this room but the lady standing behind her at my room door which was room #125 is the lady who checked me in ... that wasn't safe .. someone could've gotten hurt !!! I don't know if I would return back to this property.

Friendly staff; clean facilities

Everything was satisfactory

No lotion, you had to buy lotion at the desk. Had my dad military ID. He even called and they said sorry that wasn't good enough. He doesn't have a credit card so I used mine. No clock in the room. The staff were friendly. But I've stayed there over 3 times No problem. But never had lotion. The soap was so thin you could also see through it with 2 hand washes. No I'll go to Holiday Express like the convenience of it. My last time going here!!

Convenient to everything we needed. Appreciate the vending machines. Will return here. Recommended to family members.

The location is close to restaurants and shopping.

The coffee maker needs to be bigger, needs the exterminator to come buy more often
