It was dirty everything about it was nasty

The room was nasty. The fridge smelled bad and the television did not work. We changed rooms and the new room was much the same. We were told we could not change rooms again even though it was as nasty and dirty as the first one except for the television worked. I asked to speak to a manager and they sent me to voicemail.

The location of proximity to what we needed to do in Enterprise was perfect close to a lot of restaurants and not far from downtown.

When we did the booking it was not indicated that the pool was not available for use. It's in the middle of renovation as is the entire facility which didn't make for a pleasant stay whatsoever! They should only be renting out the rooms that have already been renovated and not the ones that are in need of repair or in the first stages of renovation. Continental breakfast was very very Continental more like a snack grab and go type of meal. Very limited items never saw any fresh fruit just cereal oatmeal package glazed donuts coffee and juice and yogurt. My voice my concerns with the on staff supervisor and was told she would bring the issues I had to the manager. I was hoping for some type of discount since what was seen was not what was available for rental on the website. On pawn checkout I spoke with another day supervisor and reiterated the entire story with pictures she took notes and assured me that she would follow it with the manager I'm waiting to see if we will be granted some type of discount as this room should never have been rented. If they do not offer one then I may proceed with a dispute through my credit card company.

The pool was not open and it appears filthy. The refrigerator wasn’t working.
