The staff utilized exemplary customer service!

Ice machines! The facility had none! Our daughter fell and required an ice pack. I asked the front desk staff (who was very kind) where the ice machines were, and was told that they were in the individual freezers in our room. Our freezer had no mechanism for creating ice, and I had to quickly go to a nearby gas station simply for ice. I also would have like more breakfast options in the marketplace in lieu of no continental breakfast.

The location was close to the destination.

The shower did not work in room #317. There were also no extra bed sheets. I booked 2 rooms online and was only given 1 room and I have the receipt on where they charged me for 2 rooms anyways. Management was not available to talk to during the time of stay.

The room was clean and I liked the fact of having the kitchen area. The fridge with ice maker was great. Quiet, and felt quite safe there alone.

The only thing missing was a bathmat/rug in bathroom to step out on from shower. Other than that, I can't think of anything. Would stay there again.

I saw and KILLED 2 small ROACHES Where there are small ones..there have been large ones. Need better pest control.

Only stayed one night. Was told remaining balance would go back on card used for purchase. That was a month ago, have not received nothing.
