The girl at the front desk was very nice.

I needed a place to stay with my two kids for the night and didn’t want to pay $200, so I chose this place. We didn’t even make it to the room. you drive around and it’s like a homeless camp. shopping carts all over the place. people posted up in lawn chairs all over. our room was upstairs and there weee 4-5 people hanging out on the steps. I got my daughter out of the car and went around to get my son out (idk why I even got them out) when pot smoke hit my nose. I put the kids back in the car and we left. the lady up front was nice about giving me a refund at least

Good location, staff were pleasant

Bathroom floors were a little dirty, one bed frame was unstable, non smoking room smelled of stale smoke.. one toilet seat had something greasy on it.

Roaches, bed bugs, felt unsafe, broken down cars lining the parking lot, shopping carts on top and bottom floor filled with trash, door lock broken. Terrible for the price.

Dirty floors, a/c didn’t work properly, bed sheets and/or mattress smelled like moldy water, dirty and stained towels, shower head dirty so the water trickled out.

Customer service she's was a sweet lady when I went to get the room! And was also every nice and gave me a refund when asked because the room was horrible!

When I walked into the room it was not clean at all! What looked like coffee all over the floor bathrooms were very dirty! Finger prints and water marks all over the mirror witch you could tell it was never cleaned! Bugs running around everywhere! From the floors to the bathroom sink!!

I liked that they had smoking rooms.

Filthy. Smelled horrible. Had to buy sheets to cover the beds to sleep on top of. Beds hard as a rock. The two towels provided were stained. The chain on the door was broken. Very uncomfortable and did not feel safe, at all.

Location was very nice right close to all the major shopping places

Thought it was a little overpriced for me value of it compared to other hotels it should have been the same price

What I didn't like is spending $74.10 on the room with roaches running across the floor really pissed me off. I want my money back

There was really nothing to like other then the price. In all honesty it wasn’t even work that price!

the front is nice, looks clean and smells good. However once we got into the room it was the complete opposite. There was roaches everywhere, holes in the wall. the people next to us were yelling until 3 when we finally just had enough and left early. it completely ruined our vacation. we ended up taking turns sleeping in the back seats of my car !
