We have stayed here many times and have always been very happy with the hotel.

Bed was very springy, not overly comfortable. There was a long strip of "fake wood" loose from near the fridge just hanging awkwardly. Needed some maintenance touch ups

The cable in the room couldn't pick up half the channels it was supposed to and the ones it did the signal kept messing up I could not even watch any TV for this. that is a big problem

Comfortable, well-equipped room. Excellent hot breakfast. Convenient location.

Only 1 luggage rack available for the entire hotel. Maintenance did not respond to request to fix shower door and frame that fell apart during stay.

the night supervisor Donita was rude, didn’t know her job well after being there for years, she was argumentative when I was overcharged, she had men hanging out in the lobby being loud until 1 am. when I questioned the overcharge of $20 she could have told me it was for “incidentals and it is refunded upon checkout and she failed to do so. she insisted I call booking.com for the rate difference and wouldn’t even budge to find out what it was on the account claiming we don’t see third party charges. booking.com called her twice while I was on the phone and after a few minutes she hung up on them twice! next morning I talked to the day manager and was immediately told the $20 is a room incidental hold and Donita should have told me that right away. after eating, she saw me again and the excuse was Donita had pulled a double shift. I don’t need excuses, I need answers. so, when booking this facility, even though the price says what it does and that it includes taxes and fees, it doesn’t, you will be charged an additional $20 for your room and it will take 3-5 days to show back up in your account.

My stay was great. The bathroom shower door needs replacing. There is a lot of mold around the bottom of it. Hotel is close by restaurants and shopping stores.

Front desk was nice, clean rooms and facilities.

We have been to many Hampton Inn locations, but this one's breakfast was lacking. They were out of most items (no waffle mix, hot water to make grits was cold, juice was out).
