They were so lovely and got up early to make us breakfast. Everyone there was super lovely!

They really need to fix bathrooms and it would be a perfect place! the toilet leaks all night and makes a huge mess but if the bathrooms could be repaired, it would be great!

The lady at the reception was friendly kudos to the customer service.The location was good close to many amenities for those wishing to be near the city.

A little bit of facelift for the bathroom door and the room I booked would be great. Other than that I was okay nothing much to complain about

The linens require replacement, the Air conditioner requires improvement on notice. The staff were homely and welcoming. They should provide electric kettles in rooms, introducing hot showers as well.

The staff here are very helpful. Good location if you don't need to be in the city centre - close to transport, shopping mall, food places and a craft market.

The rooms are small and dark. There were quite a few mosquitoes when I first entered the room, with no mosquito nets.

Simple but good breakfasts, really nice location. The place is 8km from down town, which is not really near, but the quarter is really pleasant ! And you have your own bar just beside !

What you see is what you get + extremely good service. Simple, but very nice room. Properly cleaned. Staff was extremely helpful, flexible and oh so happy to help with anything. David deserved a spot in the spotlight, on his birthday he picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night and helped us out with our whole scheduling and arranged so much for us! Breakfast at 4.30 o’clock in the morning (because of our extremely early departure as well) was surprisingly also included and ready for us! Impressive service and a great experience :)

perfect location. Mlimani City mall just near by where you can get everything, including ATMs restaurants, grocery and coffee places. I'm a freelancer and I'm working online every night. My room had A/C and a small desk, so I was able to work pretty comfortable. And the most important: my night time calls/video-conferences never disturbed other guests, meaning the rooms are quite good in terms of sound proof
