We enjoyed our stay - together with our four children. We were especially thankful that we could allready check-in in the very early morning at 4:30 a.m. after a long bus ride. The property is not far from the center, near to a city bus station, a short walk from the ocean, has a good restaurant round the corner, ... We felt welcome and at home being able to use the kitchen and the dining room freely.

We just missed mosquito nets big enough to fit the bed sizes.

The staff is extremely kind, patient and very helpful. One of the best staff I ever met in Dar Es Salaam!

The weather was quite hot and the rooms had fans which were very helpful to moderate the temperature.

There was no microwave. The kettle that boils water wasn't that great as it had grey deposit sedimentation. I wasn't shown around to know what I had access to and what I wasn't supposed to use. I had bought groceries to cook, but I didn't know where to cook and ended up going to cook in a friend's place. No mosquito nets and the first night the mosquitoes really disturbed me but I bought a repellant the second day.
