The overall property was good but there is still a lot of room of improvement. However, I don't just complain for no reason as it was value for money and the breakfast was good.

There are two major things I need to mention. One, they should have a full time plumber who keeps an eye on fixing plumbing stuff including flash tanks and all. The cleanliness in the toilets wasn't good and needs a proper attention. Secondly, I check out earlier than normal time, they gave my breakfast in a paper take away boxes for my family with a few wet things inside. The boxes couldn't survive the wetness of the items and ended comes out all over. Even the bag they packed my breakfast was a paper bag. At least they should give plastic bags so if something goes wrong inside because of leakage, the items could survive inside the plastic bags. I ended up throwing all the breakfast takeaways of my family before our flight at the airport. They should treat this in a better way.

Staff is very professional and kind. Rooms are clean and having everything you need during your staying.

Everything was perfect. A good hotel with nice, big rooms. Excellent customer service in all sections, including reception, kitchen, and housekeeping. I'll be staying here when I come for short business or personal excursions.

There is nothing bad at all!

Спокойной отель на пару ночей или для ночёвки перед вылетом. Персонал дружелюбный. Завтраки хорошие ( имейте ввиду что омлет и блинчики надо заказывать у официантов, вам их сами не предложат ) Есть балкон, где можно курить на 20 и 21 этаже. Вода в номере каждый день - это большой плюс!

Локация отеля в центре города, по этому не чем заняться в свободное время. Раний чек-ин 65 $ считаю слишком завышена цена. Политика отеля - нету спиртных напитков ( это для информации) но рядом есть отели с барами. Возле отеля нету приличных ресторанов. Чайник может не работать - проверяйте. И "суп цезарь" или название в меню салат - цезарь не советую.

We were not aware that they don’t serve alcohol would have enjoyed a glass of wine for dinner.
