The lodge was clean. The staff were patient.

NEVER EVER stay here if you want to use the internet. NEVER! I also ordered food. Tasted good, but took two hours.

Breakfast was great - fresh avocado juice, omelette and bread and butter , tea and coffee . No set place to eat it but it was served in foyer which was fine . Their pickup and drop off from the airport were very reasonably priced and worked well. Check-in staff very friendlly and helpful

No lift which for an airport hotel is not great as I expect many will be travelling with lots of heavy bags. Didn't bother me as I had everything i needed in a hand luggage and they kept the luggage secure for me downstairs but worth thinking about.

It is close to the Airport and is not located in a conjested area.

A better pick up facility from the airport

I had to bridge a 14-hour wait for my 3am flight and could not imagine spending that time at the airport. This hotel is in close prximity to the airport, they arranged for transport and - for that kind of money - exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, clean room, quiet neighbourhood (except for the trains that like to hoot when they pass, which will throw you out of bed, literally). All in all a very pleasant surprise.

Where do I begin? The room was just broke down with years worth of stains extremely small with only one socket not at all near the bed. They advertised they had WiFi, lie! No WiFi. They advertised a restaurant, they don't have a functioning one, so I had to spend extra money for a driver to get me food from outside. Breakfast was a joke of probably reheated, Leftover overcooked potatoes in tomato sauce, mushy spaghetti and a fried egg, and not so fresh sliced fruit. Who does that? What happened to toast and tea an authentic breakfast foods? The bathroom basically flooded while I was taking a shower, poor drainage - so gross. And they refused to let me cancel and give me my money back. It is daylight robbery. They tell you that they have a shuttle service, what they hide is that you have to pay $5 for the airport drop off....i thought the idea of having a shuttle is that pick up and drop off is included in the price. Not worth the price of admission. $33? More like a $10 motel. Seriously displeased.

We stayed only for 1 night after arriving in Tanzania. It was great that this place is 5mins away from airport. Personell was kind and friendly, breakfast was good.

Very loud muslim chants at 4:30 am and the train next to the hotel seemed to be inside our room at 5:00 am.

The location, we have to jump a trench to reach the hotel. Someone with heavy luggage it wouldn't be easy to access the hotel

The Hotel was good but access have big problem there so, from booking.com why they deduct money from my account it was around One USD.

If possible it would be great if the lodge could have a free airport pickup both ways.

Close to airport. Breakfast was plain but plentiful. Bedding was very comfortable. Ceiling fan great for mosquitoes, plus aircon as well.

Minarets start going at 4:30am. Light from corridor comes in. Rough neighborhood, although it's well secured. Receptionist was friendly but not good English, waste of time asking for assistance on things. The free pick-up is offset by a $5 drop-off, so not really free.
