Bathroom door was mounted inside out. Meaning it wasn't closing ☹️. The door key was mounted on the outside, in the lobby, not the bathroom itself. Crazy... And the reception's staff laissez-faire which has no place in horeca

Pictures online didn’t quite reflect the reality. Vibes of oldness, complicated and long drive from airport.

The beds were comfy and the shower was good.

The humidity, there was no air ventilation in the room. We were on the first floor, so couldn't keep the window open at night to get some air, because someone could hve jumped inside.. The smell of mold was awful. If you have allergy of such, or asthma, choose sth else.

The environment was nice and so were the cleaners. The beds were very comfortable.

The location is a bit cut off. Nice environment but it takes some time to get to and not all people speak fluent english. However, staff in general were quite nice.

Clarification of the misunderstanding by the hotel manager

Limited ability to communicate with the staff, misunderstanding due to lack of communication in English.

Hotel is clean. All equipment worked. I liked mattress hardness - not soft, not hard. Temperature for sleeping just as I like.

For some reason there were missing doors between sleeping room and little corridor inside. So I could hear noise from main corridor.

Bulem the Chef was extremely kind. He gave me a plug-in outlet for European power outlets. Clean beds and bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Exceptional pricing for someone purely looking for a place to stay with no fuss. Very nice and almisch dining area too. Incredible first impression of European hotels versus what we have in Minnesota. In Minnesota you pay 3x the price for nearly unbearable conditions.

Don't go here straight from the airport. It says "5 Miles away" but you will have to go through Praterstern across the river which ends up taking 90 minutes. My checked bags came late and I spent a lot of time driving. Not the hotel's fault, but don't make the same mistake as me.

Great hotel. Very kind employees. Everything was clean and all terms of reservations was fulfilled. Whoever choose this hotel will not regret. Of course car is mandatory to have as its not in city center.

Inclusive breakfast

No stopper in the bathtub, we were not able to use it. No bedroom slippers available. No phone in the room to call reception. No lift. The Pillow was only 1 each per bed and was too soft.
