The pool, dock, bbq.
Broken elevator, unusable balconies.

The location was great.
The balcony sliding door doesn't close all the way.making it more noise than it should.
The living room tv does not work.tried calling, no good.
I figured tv/ balcony door has not work for a long time but it does not get fix.
Balcony table legs were broken.

I love the location. I love the view to the ocean and sunset from the pool. Love the pool and back space. I love the unit had 3 restrooms. It was spacious. Alot of natural light during the day. It was peaceful.
I made the reservation because it had an ocean view and balcony on description. Our balconies didn't have working doors, it had dirty glass doors and floors. I would of love if we could of enjoyed the outside from our balcony like we planned. The first restroom the shower was missing the nob to turn water on. Same restroom had a light bulb not working. In the kitchen the fridge looked dirty, under the cabinets,glass doors. The stove only had 2working burners. The living area had a broken sofa leg which we only used/sat on the last day so no big deal. TV's had no cable we had trouble using the TV's, one tv didn't have a remote and the room that did had a broken remote which we had trouble with volume. I got 3 sets of keys which I never used didn't even know for what they were since they didn't open anything. Rooms had extra doors that didn't have enough security or extra locks which made it feel unsafe. (My kids slept on the other room) We would of preferred a unit on first floor if we didn't get the balcony as we wanted. One of the rooms didn't have enough outlets to connect our chargers or fan. This is unit #10 maybe other units are better and working properly.

The apartment provided enogh space for our group. Beds sheets looked clean and crisp.
The facility needs maintenance, deep cleaning, and pest treatment . In short, very expensive due to the conditions of the facility.

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants. Would stay again
Boat slip needs lots of work. Didn't have enough anchors for ropes was wobbly. Elevator certificate expired in February 2022.

I liked the view outside only!
The place is run down and very dated , there were bugs! Couldn’t use the patio doors at all !
I was locked out of the room a few times due to the key pad wasn’t functioning correctly! I couldn’t get the rooms to cool down to a comfortable temperature so we tossed and turned all night from it being to hot. Very over priced for the condition!

Not much. Description online was not true. A refund should be in order.
Parking towing is bull. Someone parked in one of our spaces without a permit. Tow truck never came after calling management. Condo was not clean. Bathrooms were dirty. Beds were crumby.
Drunk people knocked on our door after 11:00 pm. The place was not disinfected for covid. Triple sheeting does no good with bad mattresses. I think a refund should be in order.

Property management is very responsive and took care of any issues reported or assistance, and guidance needed, excellent stay - we will be booking again this year.
Property managers kept the grounds clean the entire stay. My family had a great time at SPI.
The sliding doors only worked in the master room. I recommend they fix all doors so that the views can be enjoyable on all the balcony’s.

I didn't receive an email telling me where to get the keys. That was a little frustrating. I had to call the number in the email to find out where the location of the keys were.

Showers had no hot water. Neighbors dogs barked all night. We couldn't have visitors over. Had to pay extra for our kids wris bands. Someone or somebody was always parked in my spot. We found a camera in our livingroom covered with a napkin and one on the boat dock.

The fishing pier.
Walked in and almost tripped over a broken frame. In living area there was a broken shelf with items dropped on floor. No lights worked except in the first bathroom by the entrance. There was MOLD on bed and curtains!!!! There was even a cockroach! Will never stay again. All I was really looking forward was to the fishing dock. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to stay but the fishing port is my favorite to fish at night.
