Découvrez notre condo récemment rénové, exquisément décoré situé au coeur de Clearwater Beach à Dockside Condominiums. Nous sommes juste sur la baie et à moins de 100 mètres de la plage de sable de sucre, plage, restaurants, boutiques, vie nocturne, et plus encore. Les vues sont spectaculaires et vous apprécierez de regarder les bateaux, les dauphins et les lamantins depuis la fenêtre de la salle à manger et le balcon.
Notre propriété comprend toutes les commodités de la maison - plus certains! Il est parfait pour un ou deux couples, avec un canapé-lit confortable pour les invités occasionnels. Les suites à deux chambres ont chacune un lit king size et sont situées de part et d’autre de la cuisine / salle à manger / salon, donc parfait pour la confidentialité. Une des chambres comprend également un lit jumeau. Les deux chambres ont de grands placards, commodes, téléviseurs à écran plat et des tables de nuit. Une salle de bain comprend une baignoire / douche et l'autre a une douche à l'italienne. Il y a aussi un coffre-fort de style hôtelier dans l'unité et vous pouvez définir votre propre code d'accès.
La cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle comprend des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, de la vaisselle, des casseroles, des poêles et tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos propres repas ou déguster des mets à emporter dans l'un des nombreux restaurants voisins. Overall fantastic experience with the condo ! Only downside was the shared pool with the adjacent clearwater beach hotel .. it was more often than not very crowded .

This is our second time staying at this condo. The hosts are wonderful and so it’s their place. They take pride and they will help you with anything you might need. The condo has everything you will need and want, plus the vicinity to the beach, stores and restaurants, the cleanliness and comfort, knowing that my family will enjoy our family trip makes this place our home away from home every time.

The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The hosts had everything fully stocked in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon that were provided to use. The hosts were very easy to contact and were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay and checking in on us during the stay was the right level.
Beautiful condo, sparkling clean, the most comfortable beds, had the best sleeps. The little touches, from beach items - trolley, chairs, cool box to an umbrella should there be rain! Welcome gift was a lovely touch and a superb location, walking distance to everywhere. Thank you Kit & Gary. Highly recommended

My husband and our friends stayed here 9 days. The host is very responsive to any and all questions. The condo is very clean and is perfect for 2 couples. The Sunrise view from the outside patio is outstanding! Highly recommend!

The condominium was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was perfect. The doors had codes, so there was no need to worry about a key. The owner provided some essential items so we didn't have to spend extra money. They also provided a beach wagon, four beach chairs and a cooler. They were so quick to respond to any inquiry both before and during our stay. We didn't rent a car, but we really didn't need to because there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit. We definitely will be using this particular owner again!! I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dock of the Bay. Fantastic location for getting to the beach with a 2 year old. Great layout of the condo! Loved having washer/dryer in unit. Kit and Gary were great-checking in to make sure things were going well and got someone over right away when we wondered if the fridge was working. Overall, extremely satisfied with our entire trip and will definitely look to rent here again next time we make the trip down!

Condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Everything we needed was there. The view was amazing and just a quick walk to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy drive to many more beaches and the Town of Dunedin. Everything as promised and great hosts.

Thank you for providing such a beautifully decorated and clean condo. I have stayed in many hotels and rented a few condos all over Florida over the years and I must say this place was by far the best I have ever rented! The place did not smell moldy like many Florida properties usually do and I did not see any palmetto bugs!!! You will not regret booking this place!! Beautiful, comfortable, extra clean! King size beds with comfortable mattresses for a great night sleep. Thank you!

Perfect in Many Ways
The condo was amazing. It was clean, modern and met our needs for the month we stayed. It is very Convenient to all the attractions and the beach. It was awesome to watch the dolphins from out deck!! The pool was clean, large and refreshing. The condo itself had beach chairs, toys, towels and umbrella to use at the beach. It was great to see that the owners took an interest in our comfort and to assure things we’re going well through texts or 1:1.

Perfectly Named Condo
Friends and I stayed at this beautiful condo: Dock of the Bay, for a week. Kit and Gary were excellent hosts, very responsive to our questions. Lovely view from front porch of the boats docked on the bay. The condo was absolutely beautiful and beautifully arranged and designed. Everything and more that we needed. Close to great restaurants and shopping. We would love to visit Clearwater Beach again and will definitely try to book with Kit and Gary…amazing hosts.

Dream Beach Property
We stayed for a week at this condo and loved it. From the welcome gifts, to excellent communication and an immaculate condo, we can only rave about our stay. The condo is a short walk to the beach and numerous area restaurants. We highly recommend and hope to be back again!

Great Location! Spacious! Everything you need!
The property was very clean and well stocked. I like when you are provided more than one roll of tp or paper towels or trash bags. It makes it much more enjoyable than having to shop for these items. The condo had everything you would need including beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag, laundry detergent, cooler, boogie boards, etc. It is very spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was as described and we were able to walk everywhere! Tons of restaurants close by as well. We didn’t use the trolley but there was a stop around the corner. We didn’t have a car and never felt we needed one. We’ve rented lots of condos and this one definitely went above the normal provisions that the rental management companies provide. You won’t be disappointed with this condo!

This is a top notch property! The furniture, appliances, dishes, sheets, beds, and decor were all high quality! The owners thought of everything you may need and the condo had many extras that other properties don’t supply. An iron, high chair, laundry basket, cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, step stool, and make up mirrors to name a few. All of the comforts of home! The bench in the entry was perfect for parking all your beach stuff and shoes and not dragging sand throughout the condo. The cleaning person communicated with us via text and got us in as early as possible since we had a morning flight. She even recommended a place for lunch. The property owners also checked in via email to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would totally stay here again! Loved it!

The location was great, minutes from the beach and the location of pool with the view of the water was great! We saw dolphins, manatees and met some great people. We will definitely return. Awesome unit
So my brother and I were in Clearwater beach for a week long post COVID get away. The rental is really in a perfect location close to everything but far enough away to avoid a lot of noise. The condo is completely modern and has great views of the bay. Many times we watched dolphins chasing mullet and other fish. We walked right onto the dock and were within feet of the dolphins An all around perfect location

Florida Family Christmas
We’ve wanted to do a Christmas Getaway for years, and finally got our chance with our grown children! Dock of the Bay did not disappoint! The condo is absolutely beautiful and well maintained, the location on the bay allowed us to watch dolphins daily, a very short walk to the beach was nice, and with COVID-19 we grilled out almost every day on the shared grill. We couldn’t have had better weather! Thank you, Kit and Gary, for taking care of us! Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Condo and Wonderful Owners
Kit and Gary were super to communicate with. Their condo is spotless, beautiful, and has plenty of room. We loved the layout of the rooms and everything we needed was there including cooler, beach towels and chairs. The location to the beach was very convenient and it was easy to get around without a car. The coastal theme of the condo was spectacular and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins right from our lovely balcony.
The elevator was easy to use, the pool great, and everything was beyond our expectations. We would definitely love to return and would highly recommend Dock of the Bay!!

Winter Getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay at Dock of the Bay. We found it to be just as advertised and seen in the pictures. The amenities were as described and more than adequate for our needs. Just far enough away from the crowds, yet a 5 minute walk to all the activity and sites. We would recommend giving the Dock of the Bay a chance to provide a relaxing getaway for all who seek it.

Would Stay Here Again!!
We checked out today after a 6 night stay. Sitting at airport currently waiting for our flight and I couldn’t wait to get a review in for this location!! Our group was 2 adults and two children (13 and 14). This space is super clean, newly remodeled, spacious and comfortable...when two teenage girls approve of the space that’s a good thing!! We were so close to the beach, activities, restaurants and more. I’m an early riser and runner...walking out to the beach, enjoying my coffee and the new day starting before my run was perfection!! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was readily available in the Condo. Our flight is late in day...the owners were very accommodating and it worked out such that we checked out later in day and the girls got some more beach time!! We will be coming back and staying here again!!

Dock of the bay
This place was the prettiest we have stayed at and cleanest! We have been coming with a large group for over 20 years to Clearwater Beach, and this was by far the best. Great decor, and walking distance to everything. Very welcoming, and we would highly recommend!
