Hou la la! Superbe maison au bord de la rivière située entre Bull Shoals Dam et le restaurant Gaston. Cette maison de rivière comprend trois chambres et deux salles de bain avec plus de 2100 pieds carrés d'espace de vie plus un porche grillagé et un patio ouvert. White Riverfront Retreat est situé dans le centre-nord de l'Arkansas, juste en dessous du barrage de Bull Shoals, le plus grand d'Amérique centrale.

We love Lakeview, Gaston’s, Bull Shoals, the White River, and Bull Shoals Lake. This home, with an amazing view of the White River, is right in the middle of all of it. Gary was a great host and very responsive. All 8 of us enjoyed our fishing and lake weekend. Thank you, Gary!

The home is very clean, well appointed and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed fishing the White River, walking in the neighborhood and near by State park and watching nature from the riverfront porch.

Really enjoyed this property!! Stayed here with a group of friends for our annual fishing trip. It's a nice house in a great location on the river. The fishing was good. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a larger group.

All transitions are very smooth, great responses and Gary is very accommodating! This property is fantastic, either for families or fishing groups. We were a group of six friends that fish, had three boats in tow, plenty of room. Have been coming to white river for just over 21 years and so glad we landed at Garys place. Gorgeous views of the river, fantastic fire pit for those colder evenings or if you just love to burn wood all day like we do, large screened in porch area for all your fishing gear, waders, boots, coolers etc. to stay out of the elements. The interior is very comfortable, the decor is on point especially with the location and the views from inside are panoramic. We look forward to the new addition of a dock, we've been here multiple times and will be returning for sure on future trips!

Too often reviews are only left if a negative experience occurs. We had a great time and can't say anything negative. The entire place and stay were perfect. If you don't have a good time here, you probably won't have a good time anywhere. Highly recommend this VRBO. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great screen porch, no bugs in the house when the porch is screened. Able to use fire pit, make s’mores, the host was very kind, calm and professional. There are some idiots renting houses on the white river, but this place is heavenly , homey, comfy and decorated to the T. I prefer this house over all other houses and cabins on River Road near Gaston’s. Avoid some of the way overpriced homes on vrbo by staying at this place. Book Directly to save even more money. I’ve been tot he white river for over 40 years fishing with Tommy Due, Crazy Mike, Pete Cobb and others. I’ve stayed in almost every house and cabin for rent on the white river… you can’t go wrong here, so very nice and all the screened in and sealed off patio on one side allows AC for half the outside area. Super Duper Nice and Homey. Stay away from other rentals on River Road, they are overpriced and not near as nice!!! I had people in big houses tell me not to use the lights because bugs in get their house, but that’s not a problem at this place. Awesome fishing from bank and across the river.

This was the third time we have stayed at this house and we are making plans to return again in the fall! We have been fishing the White River for over 30 years and have stayed at a myriad of houses and resorts but nothing can hold a candle to this place. Our guides pick us up and drop us off on the river at the bottom of the stairs behind the house. It doesn’t get more convenient than that! The house has every amenity you could ask for and more. The house is impeccably clean and organized. The beds are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!! We hope to continue to stay here twice a year for many years to come!!

My family loved staying at this gem on the White River. The house is beautiful and decorated appropriately for being a fishing destination. We loved being able to eat meals on the screened in porch to get the flavor of being outside but not deal with bugs. The house also provided easy access to the river. We had stayed at Gaston’s down the road for years but in the future we will definitely look to see if this house is available again.

I usually do not leave a bad review, but this one is needed. Gave management many chances to contact me, maybe this will help for the future people that stay there.
First issue we had is that pool was not heated. Which took over 24 hrs and multiple calls and messages for someone to just answer. Once they answered, took a while to send out a handyman, who once when he came said that he doesn't know anything about the pool. He just wanted to turn up the heat to the pool room, which was locked to the guests. Eventually, we figured out ourselves that they had a bad breaker to the heater and got it fixed, but took over 12 hrs to heat up the pool since heater is super small. Then, they sent out someone our last day to 'fix the pool' even though I told them that we are good with temperature now. That person decided to drain pool and hot tub in the morning before we even went downstairs so another day we couldn't use pool. That is in total able to use less than 2 days out of our 4 days there.
Second, cleaning crew came in the house 15 mins before check out. We were rushed and did not do a final walk through which caused my wife to forget some of her belongings. Once again, I contacted Ben through VRBO messaging and left him a voicemail as well to see if they can mail it or if we can pick it up in about a month we will be in the area again. It has been 10 days, no call no text from Ben or anyone else at the management.
I would not stay here again nor any other property that this management company manages.

The cabin was very clean, plenty of room for our family and loved being right on the river. My dog and I got our feet wet in the river and soaked up the sun while hubby was fishing. The cabin was well stocked with everything you would want on a vacation. We will be back and plan to stay longer next time.

There were just 2 of us but the house is big enough for a family. Lots of space to spread out. Its an older house but the back porch and back deck is all you really need anyway.

This was our second time to stay at this property and it was as expected, a great stay. I already recommended it to a close friend and they will be staying here next month. If you book a fishing guide they can pick you up in their boat at the property. If you just want to fish from the bank you can do that as well with success.
We will be staying here again.

Loved the layout of the house! Views from the inside and of course the back porch! Loved being able to walk directly down yo the water! The little bar was a nice plus also! Just a short trip to other attractions! We will definitely be returning!
