The orange juice and coffee were good, the staff was friendly, the area is quiet and safe, the hotel is not crowded, comfortable beds great for sleeping.

My husband and I with our adult daughter stayed for two nights. When we first arrived we were given a room before the housekeeping staff had finished, so they left our room dirty. The toilet, sink, carpet, and surfaces in the main area were left dirty. There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room. The towels were dingy and some of them were visibly dirty and stained. We’ve had excellent luck with this hotel and have stayed there since 2017. We won’t stay there again.

One of the workers was pleasant but aside from that, it was an all around horrible experience. I will NEVER stay there again.

All the staff but one were not helpful and did not do a good job. I asked the cleaning lady for an extra towel and she said “I don’t have one with me” and then didn’t offer to get another one for me. The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, it was hot and the ac didn’t cool the room off. The breakfast was not so good. I could go on and on. I’ll never stay there again

The bed was comfortable like any other hotel bed

The whole building smelled like pee especially the rooms. The bathroom was nasty and dirty and when I told them they didn’t send anyone to clean it. The WiFi didn’t work. The manager was rude and had a nasty attitude.

The staff was really pleasant.

Dirty carpets ! Low battery remote control for tv was very aggravating.

The location was very convenient for us and accommodations were great.
