Just off Islington high street, close to cafes and restaurants

Terrible service at reception desk. Poor attitude, slow, unhelpful, borderline rude. Except for one person on night duty everyone else was terrible.

Hard to find

The staff were all pleasant and helpful, check-in was simple. The room was astoundingly kitted out, like a little apartment, with all the things one needs in the kitchen. We were in London for a mini-break for a gig, some family history, and eating at some favourite restaurants, the location was perfect for this. Would recommend and would stay again if we were in Islington.

The only thing we didn't like about the room was the wooden box surrounding the TV in the bedroom. The room was not very wide, so the person who slept on the far side of the bed had to be careful not to clunk their head on the box while going around the end of the bed, or else clamber over the near side to get into bed.

Great location , easy check-in, good amount of space and facilities, clean, nice decor, good supplies next to kettle, air con/ heating control good, extra touches appreciated. Great area with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars a short walk from the quieter hotel location.

Ridge in bed mattress or possibly 2 singles put together - didn’t realise until after 2nd night that was why 1 of us hadn’t slept well.

Janela abria pouco, muita poeira nas saídas de ar e embaixo das camas. As janelas vazam ar frio, gerando umidade no quarto. Chão sujo e paredes sujas da utilização por outros habitantes e falta de higienização.

The property is modern, clean, quiet and in a lovely part of Islington. Close to cafes, restaurants and great shopping and boutiques. We loved everything about our stay.

Nothing to dislike. If you wanted the apartment serviced more often during your stay I m not sure how that works but it was very easy to get fresh towels and kitchen things so wasn’t a problem for us

This hotel is wonderful. The staff show genuine warmth, the facilities are meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean, and the rooms stand out for their spaciousness, thoughtful design, and comfort. The inclusion of a mini kitchen stocked with plates, glasses, and cutlery adds a convenient touch, and the availability of 24/7 complimentary hot drinks at reception is an added bonus. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Logement calme et spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, avec une jolie vue dégagée sur des jardins. Lit très confortable. Salle de bain très agréable (sèche serviettes, produits d'hygiène de grande qualité). Personnel de l'hôtel très accueillant.

Cleaning is once a week, we were there only 2 nights. It would have been nice to have clean towels the second day .

Central, well appointed, comfortable

The check in staff were plain rude. I thought I had booked a stay with breakfast but they said no, they don’t serve breakfast. Would not entertain reviewing my booking. The room was cleaned once and badly. I pointed out the kitchen counter needed cleaning, they said they would send someone over. They didn’t

The shower door closed violently and was noisy. The shower itself was lovely with no problems.

This property is new , so is very clean and fresh. It has everything you need , including excellent kitchen area with dishwasher. Very helpful staff.

Position of hotel is perfect. The room size was good and lay out made it a relaxing space. Right next to the main street in Islington, great shops and cafes. Set in the peaceful, barrier controlled Islington square - perfect. Hotel is very modern and fresh. We were there for an event in Finsbury Park and it worked well 😀

Unfortunately AC wasn't working and we couldn't open both windows, but staff brought a good fan and extra water for us , they couldn't have done more.

Excellent location, perfect size and comfort of the rooms, clean and great facilities. It was a perfect place to stay for our wedding and the staff were very flexible with our families, photographer and hairdresser coming in.

The air conditioner did not work. Breakfast was lovely but a few things were not available at the earlier time when we had our breakfast.
