La cuisine est entièrement équipée et ouvre sur le salon créant une grande chambre spacieuse, idéale pour Family Time. Ce merveilleux espace offre une vue panoramique sur la ville de Santa Monica et de l'océan. La cuisine a Lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur, deux comptoirs, Micro-ondes, Four Burner Cuisinière, Cafetière, Machine expresso, thé Pot et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin.
Living Room a un téléviseur grand écran avec un confortable canapé et deux fauteuils à oreilles. Ce canapé se transforme en un lit queen size et est flambant neuf.
Chambre 1 a un lit queen avec literie. Grand placard et deux commodes avec une fenêtre de balcon pour la lumière naturelle qui donne sur le côté ouest de la ville vers la plage.
Chambre 2 avait deux lits jumeaux avec literie. Les deux grandes taille des lits jumeaux peuvent être rapprochés pour un lit queen size. Beau grand placard et deux Armoire.
Salle de bain principale a une baignoire jacuzzi et une douche séparée carrelée.
Deuxième salle de bain a une belle douche carrelée.
À couper le souffle Terrasse avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes de Santa Monica et l'océan avec barbecue et une observation de plate-forme supérieure.

We had a wonderful start to our family holiday using the villa as our base for trips along the coast and around LA. Joe and Sara were exemplary hosts. Highly recommend.

We loved staying in this grand house. Great location, with beautiful views from the top deck. The unit was very clean in a very quiet neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend staying here, although 1) the kitchen has the very basic pots, pans, and utensils with no storage containers or plastic wrap to save food, nor basic salt/pepper you would expect; and 2) the third room is detached from the main unit so not great for young kids. I agree that the description could be clearer to set expectations. Still, a great place for a visit to Santa Monica.

This is a beautiful house with a gorgeous terrace in one of the best neighborhoods in Santa Monica. The owners live downstairs and the apartment is upstairs and has a separate entrance. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the listing is a little misleading. The apartment has a nice master bedroom, a very nice master bathroom and a second bedroom with no windows and a tiny half bathroom (toilet and sink but no shower or bathtub). The third (very small) bedroom (with no closet) and the second full bathroom are outside the apartment and can only be accessed through an outdoor hallway. We were 2 couples, my husband and I, plus our son and daughter-in-law and we ended up all using the master bathroom. However, we really enjoyed the place and spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace!

Gorgeous house in a gorgeous neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and stores. 15 minute drive from the beach. The view from the rooftop is stunning.
The house has stairs, so may not be appropriate for people with certain disabilities or small children. We loved it.

Joe and Sara are wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, thoughtful to welcome us with fresh flowers, a hand written note, a breakfast Danish, and fresh milk when we arrived, and kind to accommodate some friends we wanted to have over to show off their amazing rooftop. The view from the deck is amazing and a great place to relax after a day of visiting nearby LA sites. We loved the quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and exploring Montana street. Also, enjoyed being close enough to go for a morning run to beautiful Palisades Park. The property was very clean and had everything we needed, even a full size washing machine and dryer. I especially appreciated the filtered water (thanks!). The kitchen was a good size, but I have to confess, we didn't do a lot of cooking since we were on vacation, mostly reheating. There's a full size fridge so it fits a lot of pizza boxes. ha! The beds were all comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. Even though the property is near the beach, it was nice to have AC which worked very well. When we first arrived, it was fun to open all the doors and find all the rooms. It has a unique flow but reminds you that you're in LA and we loved the good use of all the space! Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend!

We loved staying here! The space was lovely, the outdoor/upstairs space was so unique and served as a great alternative hangout spot.
The kitchen was nice, pots and pans, coffee maker. Though, there were no condiments, so be aware that if you're planning on cooking, you need everything-including salt, pepper and oil.

This property was the PERFECT spot for our family to enjoy the sights in and around LA! We were able to cook breakfast in the mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooftop deck gave us a beautiful place to relax. To have a reserved parking spot was PRICELESS. To be able to walk to shops on Montana was icing on the cake. Sara was quick to respond to any and all questions. To walk into their place to fresh flowers, snacks, coffee and milk in the fridge was icing on the cake! Thank you for sharing this special place with our family.

Check in was breeze. Home is in a perfect location within walking distance a ton of restaurants and the beach. Unit is adequately equipped and very homey. I would definitely return and stay again.

We loved our stay here. They added great little homey touches to the home. Great location to the places we needed to be for our work trip. Also walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. But make sure you leave time to enjoy the roof and soak in the views.

We had a fantastic experience. This may the best neighborhood in the L.A. area. Montana is wonderful with shops, restaurants, cafes and the best coffee houses. Walking to Ocean Ave and the beach is easy and beautiful. The house worked very well for us.

The location is terrific. Hosts attentive. The bed desperately needs to be replaced- this was noted by others in 2021 but a mattress topper isn’t the fix. 3 stars because sleep matters and we didn’t sleep well in the hollowed out mattress. Otherwise, it is a purely functional condo in an excellent location. We were out all day and just there to sleep and eat breakfast - would be 5 stars with an update to the only shower and the king mattress.

Best choice to stay in Santa Monica
Clean, spacious, amazing views from rooftop deck, great location within walking distance to town with shops and restaurants, parking on premise, comfortable, a real home away from home, washer/dryer and owners are very attentive and responsive. We can’t say enough about our experience. Even small touches by owner, Sara, who left flowers, pastries, and milk for us when we arrived. We highly recommend staying in this stunning home.
