Great space for a couple sisters to getaway and enjoy Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds, awesome hot tub right outside our door and terrific firepit and patio. Secluded in a beautiful woods-like setting yet easy and close to get to all the sights. Mule deer are like pets and walk right up to you in the hot tub or at the firepit. Steve and Ann are awesome hosts and easily available if needed. They provided recommendations and also have lots of great information available in their guest book and other reading material. A wonderful experience; we would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Beautiful property with great location!

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs as well as the property! Everything was clean and just shown in the pictures. Steve was wonderful and easy to get ahold of, as he lives next door. He was awesome when the winter storm rolled in and was out there every morning clearing the driveway. We'll be back one day!

Steve and Ann were gracious hosts, and their property was just perfect for us - we had everything we needed! Great location central to everywhere we wanted to visit. We're planning on making this an annual trip!

Just as many of the other reviews stated, Steve is awesome. Super friendly and most willing to help guide in anyway. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend to others who are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in the Colorado Springs area. This home is close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, etc. If you stay here we would highly recommend eating at the View House. We had great service and enjoyed a wonderful meal and live music!

My wife and I were visiting Colorado Springs for a friend's wedding and when we found this place, we found a diamond in the rough, or in our case on a hill. We were doing mostly day trips so the 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a jacuzzi tub was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything and there were enough places to go nearby for food. Steven and Ann were fabulous hosts, making sure everything was ready and very responsive with communication, setting expectations along the way. If we are back in the area, we are definitely going back. You will enjoy the stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was exactly what we needed, updated, and very clean. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed walking out our back door to a view. Our children loved seeing the deer right out our back door. Steve was very helpful and kind.100% recommend!

This was the cleanest place I have stayed. Everything was perfect. Lots of towels and pillows. The owner was very helpful and explained how everything worked.

Property was clean and comfortable. Beautiful outside space. Can hear neighbors upstairs in the morning and evening but if you're out early and in late it's a non-issue. Just one heads up - the shower is a bit small. All in all, it was a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Would stay again

Surrounded by trees, the area provided a place for deer watching, fires, and hot tubbing. We also had good conversations with the owners as they were right next door.

Very nice accommodation. The host/owner met us and explained how some of the amenities worked. There was little to 0 noise in the neighborhood. The king bed is very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our little guys first birthday. The house is in the perfect location and very relaxing. Ann and Steve were so accommodating and kind, they really made our stay wonderful. Wed definitely stay here again!

Anne and Steve were excellent hosts with a beautiful property. My boyfriend and I stayed an entire week and felt at home the whole time. There were so many amenities, and the communication with our hosts was kind and timely.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the thoughtful touches like nightlights in every room, and dimmers on the can lights in the ceilings. Steve put great effort into being sure we were comfortable. It was a great location, too.

My family and I had an awesome time! We enjoyed having a beautiful, quiet home to ourselves for a weekend getaway. Definitely gonna try and go back someday!

Enjoyed the hilltop view, jacuzzi in the snow, warm fireplace to unwind. Perfect for a family week trip with everything close by to hike snd explore. Steve is quick to respond for anything.

We loved it here. My wife, son and I visited for a long weekend and found the place comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and fire pit and the location to plenty of good activity, restaurants and more. Would definitely stay again!

This walkout basement apartment was beautiful and comfortable inside and out. Everything was in good repair and spotless. ( I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with white paper towels, and it was CLEAN!) We really enjoyed coming back through the quiet residential neighborhood, and having a lit concrete paved sidewalk to reach our private door from our generously sized off-street parking spot. About the only thing I would warn about is the size of the bathroom. The space between the toilet and the shower door and the size of the shower stall were useable, but a tad cramped if you are used to having more than the minimum space. This might make it difficult for guests who need assistance or who have mobility issues. It was fine for us if a bit awkward ... but hey, at the end of the day the shower was hot and the toilet flushed, so it's all good. :) Our host, Steve, stopped by to greet us and to make sure we knew how to use the fire pit and the fancy Advantium Microwave/Halogen oven. Before we arrived, he answered all questions promptly via the VRBO messaging feature, but also shared his mobile number and contact information for three other local contacts as back up if we had a need. His recommendations for local dining and activities were spot on. Since this apartment is in a residential neighborhood, it felt very much like home. We were able to sit outside for coffee in the morning and go for a short walk in the evening and it was very quiet. We saw deer every night we walked! For all this, everywhere we wanted to go was withing a 30 min drive. Fabulous rental experience, fabulous location!

The check in process was easy and the owner was very helpful in showing us all of the amenities. It was great to have a stocked kitchen to cook in as well as a back patio to be able to hang out outside. The home was within a 15-30 min drive to most of the places we visited. Overall, it was worth the money to have a second home for the week and we would definitely come back!

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location is central to all the places we explored. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing to relax in after long days of taking in all the sites. The backyard led up to a small forest and deer would come foraging right by us in the mornings and evenings. It was incredibly peaceful. Steve was amazing and it was great chatting with him often.

It was the perfect place for our family of four. It was clean and comfortable. The owner lived next door and came over to help us with the hot tub. We were close to pikes peak and the zoo. Also close to shopping and plenty of places to eat. Also, it had a great little kitchen, as we cooked a lot of our meals. The owners were amazing and helped with anything we asked. I would highly recommend this place to stay for a relaxing trip.
