We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. Perfect for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay here again!

Lynn was a wonderful, responsive hostess and the location was perfect for seeing all we had on our wishlist. The house is very nicely appointed. We had a great time! Our only drawback was timing as the neighborhood elder bugs were looking for places to winter-over and so they were coming inside. Not the best, but a part of nature. Thank you for Lynn for sharing your house with us.

We (2 couples) loved the condo. It was cozy and welcoming. Near everything but I agree with other reviewers - just a tad too far to walk if you are planning on walking all day around the plaza also. Just a couple minute drive though so it was still perfect in our opinion. We had amazing scones waiting for us as well. Would definitely stay again!

Pretty much everything was as we expected. The unit was clean, close to the plaza and we had a sweet treat awaiting us as we arrived. Our host was very good at communicating with us. Overall, we were pleased with our experience.

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe! Everything was lovely, all the little touches like homemade chocolate chip cookies. We will stay again!

The house was great for 4 of us To walk to the top of Canyon road was only 35 minutes. It had everything we needed. Lynn was very accessible. It was all good!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful property. Easy check-in and parking as well a short walk to town. Exactly the vibe we were looking for as the style both inside and out was pure New Mexico.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very nice. We loved that it was close to everything. NB: the master bedroom does not have a door that closes - it's a loft, so we ended up sleeping in the smaller downstairs bedroom for privacy.

This property and host was a big WOW! The perfect location for easy walking to plaza and great restaurants. The home is beautifully appointed and maintained. Lynn has thought of everything that you may need. Beds/ pillows/ linens are so plush and comfortable. Just a lovely place. Will definitely return

Beautiful interior and fantastic location if you appreciate a little walk (about half a mile) to get to the action in the Plaza. Chocolate chip cookies and great communication are standouts of our experience. Even better and more spacious than the photos present. Pullout sofa PARTICULARLY substantial and comfortable. Not your ordinary pullout with metal springs and a squishy mattress. We would absolutely book this place again. There was a hot water issue one day, but Lynn helped us resolve it quickly. Along Rio Grande Ave., some houses and condos are nicer than others, but we never felt unsafe during our stay. We did not cook while there, but kitchen seemed well stocked. I appreciated the various Ziplock bags! Do bring your own laundry pods. Thank you, Lynn, for ensuring that we enjoyed our stay!

Just an excellent experience overall. Quiet location in walking distance to everything we love in Santa Fe. So comfortable and welcoming. Very clean. Nicely stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Great communication with the owner. I'd give it more stars if I could.

Enjoyed rooftop patio, wide open New Mexico sky! Steps to upper bedroom fairly steep which made carrying heavy suitcase challenging for older adults. Somewhat dated but pleasant & very clean!! Little further from downtown area than hoped for but all in all convenient to restaurants & shops. Area across street could use a little clean up, but not hosts’ issue at all., just our observation.

We visited Santa Fe old town square. This town house is conveniently located. 5 minutes away on all the days. Restaurants plentiful in all directions. We would stay there again.

Casita dos was a very comfortable home base for exploring the Santa Fe area. Close to the plaza, many great restaurants and museums. The homemade cookies were a wonderful welcome, thank you! Would definitely stay again.

What a nice place that is close to the downtown area. Clean, and the manager was quick to communicate whenever we had questions. Our family of 5 was comfortable in the space, and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location is great as it is within walking distance to the Plaza and centrally located in Santa Fe. The property was very clean, probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed out, and although more limited in decor, we appreciated this as the place felt very spacious and airy. The furniture was of nice quality and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I would note that could be improved is having a fan on hand or some type of white noise machine to help with the noise between floors. I stayed in the downstairs queen bedroom while other guests stayed upstairs in the king bedroom. The floor squeaks a bit and you can hear things like the upstairs shower which can interrupt sleep. However, I had read a previous review that mentioned this and we took along a little tabletop fan and the white noise helped quite a bit. I would definitely stay at this property again if returning to Santa Fe.

We stayed at this property during Spring Break and really enjoyed it. The owner was very good at communicating with us and was a gracious host. Upon our arrival, a plate of freshly baked cookies greeted us. My boys loved them and after ten hours in the car, it was a greatly appreciated gesture. The location is extremely convenient to all the things we wanted to do in Santa Fe (ski, shop, eat, etc.). The house was clean, well decorated and stocked with all the things needed to make our stay enjoyable. The owner was available for any questions we had throughout or stay. The only feedback I’d provide is there is limited light upstairs and it was hard to see. Also, you could hear what was going on in downstairs bathroom from the upstairs bathroom and bedroom. We brought a noise maker which cancelled out any noise, but one could easily be woken up if somebody made the smallest noise in the night. Overall, highly recommend and we’d return! Thank you!

Comfortable, clean and well appointed!

What a wonderful place to say on our visit to the City Different (do you still call it that?). We felt very at home in this lovely condo. Brought our 3 young adult kids back to visit after many years and we had plenty of room and were close to the things we wanted to do. We really enjoyed being able to cook some green chile stew, play cards and do puzzles at the dining table, and enjoy margaritas in the evenings. The home was well stocked with necessities and our host was very friendly and available. Even had flowers and scones when we arrived. It was a nice walk to the plaza, and also easy to park and get around in our rental car. We were lucky enough to get some snow on our arrival day so the views off the balcony were especially nice. We'd love to come back and stay again in the summer - to take advantage of the balcony and do some hiking. I would highly recommend.

The listing is accurate. The owner was very quick to respond when we texted, and she left us scones and coffee when we checked in. The only negative would be that there is not much decoration or artwork and not a lot of furniture. So it is sparsely furnished. Other than that - wonderful.

This was our first time to visit SF and the property was extremely clean, which always receives very high marks from me. Upon arrival our host had a plate of fresh baked cookies waiting for us! The property was absolutely lovely and decorated very tastefully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property! We had one minor issue with the temperature in the downstairs being a bit warm when we arrived, but as the sun went down, the room cooled off and everyone slept comfortably.

Two couples shared this condo that’s walking distance to the plaza. Upstairs was very comfortable, downstairs a little warm but opening windows helped. Hostess provided fresh flowers, home baked scones, coffee, many tea flavors. Very nice! Responded to questions quickly.
