The home is in a lovely area facing the Chatham Square! Since this is a historic home there is a full flight of steps to get to the front door. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are great and there is good AC. The home is thoughtfully decorated with pretty antiques that go well together. The front sofa has 2 really worn bare spots. Upon walking in the door the sofa one of the first things you see; not a fabulous first impression. Also there is a musty odor but we spent the hours of the day outside. One of our fellow travelers has asthma and was not bothered by the smell. We would stay there again.

Over all was a good experience. It was a very beautiful and historic building. If I had to nit pick the smell was a very musky old home smell. The window of the bedroom was open. One of the nightstands in the bedroom was very wobbly as well. Definitely be prepared to lug luggage up stairs. Nothing was a deal breaker for us and would definitely stay there again.

property was nice beds were comfortable, quick 2 night stay for a funeral will come back like the neighborhood. now for the downs not horrible but just suggestions not enough towels no face clothes only 2 hand towels for 6 people and 5 towels, after reading other reviews we bought our own towels and face clothes, also tiki torches or something to try to keep mosquitos from attacking to enjoy the nice courtyard otherwise i would return oh yes do not lock any doors maybe 1 skeleton key near somewhere would help with that we were locked out of a room our own fault.

Luxurious accommodation on Chatham Square. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds except for the hide-a-bed that is well used. Our friend with the broken foot had to sleep there and it was not comfortable. Everything else was wonderful!
We enjoyed exploring beautiful Savannah on foot, pushing our friend along in her wheel chair. We shopped, dined, and took in the Midnight In The Garden of Good and Evil walking tour as we had all reread the book. An excellent experience.
We would all come back to 305 A on West Gordon and we recommend it highly. Thank you!

This property is stunning! We felt like we were in Old Savannah. The rental comes complete with linens, management at Lucky. Savannah was very responsive to the couple of little questions we had, it is within walking distance of everything, we had off street parking... I highly recommend this property to anyone who would like a getaway to Savannah.

Nice house and clean. But dishes out of dishwasher smelled terrible. Please clean dishwasher or upgrade soap. Pans in cabinet were dirty with dried egg. Gutters need to be cleaned as back steps are like shower when rains and there’s foliage growing in gutters. More towels without extra fee please I find that ridiculous. Plus if you want a clean kitchen back a couple dish towels wld be nice.

This was the perfect property for 2 couples to share. We were in town for a wedding in Savannah, but took advantage of the city and historical places as well. Lots of walking, but also convenient to have 2 parking places included. It was a convenient walk to parks, restaurants, historical venues and the riverfront.

This was a great place to stay. The property was well decorated in period style (except the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms). We enjoyed our stay at the property very much. It was close to everything we wanted to do (we didn't get to do it all so we'll have to come back again!) and we felt very safe there.
An added bonus that we didn't know about when we booked the trip was that this was the weekend of Wag-o-ween and we were excited to see so many dressed up doggos around the historic town and the squares.
The only things that really bothered us were the very loud exhaust fan in the en suite bathroom and the television downstairs that would not change channels - but then we decided we really didn't want to watch TV anyway.
Another suggestion is that for those evenings when we were wanting to stay in it would have been wonderful to have some games there (especially since the TV was stuck on the wrestling channel).

The property was in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to all of the wonderful things that give Savannah its charm(historic neighborhoods, city squares, museums, & the River street district). A recent fence upgrade made the parking just slightly confusing upon arrival but the management company answered the phone promptly. Cannot wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in charming Savannah. The location is fantastic - charming and quiet square. Although the property comes with 2 parking spaces - we always found plenty of street property in the front of the home. Although listing says 6 people - sofa bed is on smallish side - so unless children are sleeping in the sofa bed, I would recommend only 5 adults stay at this property.

Gorgeous historic home in an amazing location. Very convenient to restaurants and places of interest.
Definitely some hiccups along the way- suggested guest portal app not updated so it wouldn't work on a newer phone, rental had not been cleared when we arrived so unable to take showers and adequately get ready for our dinner reservations, parking spaces not marked as described in emails, and only 8 towels provided for 4 people staying for 4 nights. All of these issues were dealt with quickly but still a bit of an inconvenience.
Would I stay here again? Yes. Lots of room, comfy beds, convenient location, and responsive management company.
I was a bit disappointed in the shared courtyard. It is charming but overgrown and in need of some TLC. However the grill looked relatively new and there was a table to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

We moved into this apartment because the air conditioning in the place we rented was not working. It was quite beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and very welcoming. I enjoyed the books that were in many rooms that made me feel as though I was in the home of a friend. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Chatham Manor was fabulous. We travel a lot and this was one of our favorite accommodations. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. You feel like you are in a friend's home and not a rental property. It is perfectly located - far enough from the busy areas of town to be quiet but close enough to be within easy walking distance of everything. Having dedicated off-street parking is an extra bonus. We would give the property 6 stars if we could. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was in the perfect location for easy walking. The inside was very well decorated, all amenities provided, and the baths and kitchen were redone. The door locks were challenging so read the instructions carefully. Free parking was a real perk!
