Lovely villa with all the comforts and equipment that you need. Very close to the seafront and in a great location for both Puerto del Carmen and other areas.

This is a fabulous location at the quieter end of PDC but you still have easy access to nearby bars , restaurants and a well stocked Spar . Lovely beach about 250m away and there is access to a nice sized pool ( albeit v cold ! ) which is part of the apartment complex immediately at the rear of the bungalow . This was our third visit here and is unlikely to be our last

Great service top class company to deal with, professional people running the company, a very well run business where they totally concentrate on top customer service, well done to Carla, Miguel and David you go beyond the line of duty, if I bought a property in Lanzarote I would let them manage it for me, it would be in top class hands.

This property is the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in on holiday . It’s in a perfect location with the sea and beach literally 300 yards away . There is a shared , large pool directly at the back of the Bungalow . The property has been furnished and maintained to a very high standard and has everything you need , so much so that you could easily live in it . We had beautiful weather and we sat in the front garden to eat and relax . Peaceful location but supermarket close as are a good array of restaurants . We’ve already booked again for 2022 and would like to thank the owner and Buena Villa for sharing this property with us . Regards - Sue & Andy

The team at beunavilla went out of their way and found us this beautiful bungalow. Directly across from the ocean and within walking distance of shops and restaurants it met all our expectations. It felt like home from home. The house itself was clean and freshly painted and decorated with tones of white and sea blue prints. The bedrooms were equally decorative with ample wardrobe space . A cleaner came once a week and did an amazing job changing our Bed linen and towels. The communal swimming pool was a god send and each morning we thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m longing to return . Thank you Manuel David and Alvor for making our stay a memorable one .

Great position , very clean and comfortable

Second time staying here it’s a fantastic location and a lovely property. The management company were very helpful and lovely to deal with. Suggestions: New dining room chairs the existing ones are very wobbly. For a full week stay such as ours it would be nice to have the property serviced new towels, bed linen etc.

Beautiful and convenient location for exploring all of the island. BuenaVilla Vacation Rental company is a very professional company that is forthcoming with information and easy to work with.

Great stay in lovely bungalow, perfect for elderly parents in a relatively flat area of Puerto del Carmen.

Visited Lanzarote for this first time with elderly father with limited mobility. This villa was perfect, recently tastefully and comfortably refurbished. Great location with sea opposite and 5 mins walk to many restaurants and which meant I didn’t need to drive. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and sofas. Terrace at front faces over garden to road then sea, not the most private but we were quite comfortable with it, have own drive for parking. Nice pool immediately behind villa in complex, private gate at back provides access. Excellent pre-arrival comms and check in.

Lovely villa Great location

Casa Las Rosas lived up to our expectation, great villa, lovely and clean and a great location!

A good accomodation at Casa Las Rosas; everything are new and here you can find all that you need to feel as at your home. It's a quite area but at the same time there is the possibility in few steps to reach different beaches because Casa Las Rosas is in front of the sea and then it's near to different shops and restaurants.

Location, complete kitchen, good beds, own parking place (if needed in the shadow), pool open from 7 AM till 11 PM, near a supermarket. Price is higher then we were used to, but quality is also much beter then we were used to.

We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks at the end of September. The villa is really well presented having been recently refurbished. It was very clean and tidy and a maid came in half way through the stay to freshen it up. The kitchen is very well stocked and has an electric oven, microwave, coffee maker and a small kettle. There is plenty of cutlery, sharp knives, pots, pans, plates, dishes and cups. There is also a utility room with a washer, tumble drier and an iron and ironing board. The living area has a couple of decent sized settees and a tv along with really decent wi-fi (for a change). One of the bedrooms has twin beds and a doorway in it which leads to a further bed. The master bedroom is well appointed and there is plenty of storage space in all the bedrooms and a safe as well. Just be aware that the door acts like a Yale lock so make sure you don’t lock yourself out like we did! (Fortunately Damien,our contact with Bueno Villas and Barry the next door neighbour, rescued us). There is air conditioning in all of the rooms which is a bonus and outside there are 2 sun loungers at the front and a table with seating for 6. Cushions for the loungers and seats are provided along with beach towels. The only down side for me is that there is a lot of passing foot traffic and people tend to look at you if you are sunbathing or eating at the table; however there is access to a pool area round the back of the property. There are shutters in the bedrooms and the kitchen which keep the property nice and dark but we found that you couldn’t open the kitchen shutter to let light through due to the tap placement. The property is located approximately half way between the airport and the harbour, it is just opposite the beach and is close to a Spar shop and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance. All in all we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Really beautiful Villa newly refurbished with brand new furniture and appliances throughout. Located within a residential area with communal access to two pools. The villa itself was clean and modern and air-conditioning throughout. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a separate WC. Both pool areas had plenty of sun loungers and we never had an issue getting one no matter what time of the day we went to the pool. Location wise the Villa is ideal, it is just a 2 minute walk to the start of the main strip, 2 minutes to a small beach cove and about 5 minutes to the main playa at the back of San Antonio hotel. 3 minutes to the left to the nearest taxi rank for taxis to Old Town etc. We really enjoyed a relaxing week in Casa Las Rosas and would have no problem recommending this Villa to family and friends. The hosts were easy to contact and gave a lovely welcome basket of the basics such as bread, milk, coffee, cold meats, cheese, water and snacks which gave a great first impression to our group after a long of traveling to the island.
