CLEAN, Comfortable, Cute 2 bedrm home - Heart of Marquette!
"Cottage" mignon et confortable sentir / décor maison, brises d'été; foyer extérieur, wi-fi, situé au coeur de Marquette! Asseyez-vous sur le perron et admirez la vue: plusieurs édifices historiques de Marquette, l'activité du centre-ville et des aperçus du Grand Lac Supérieur. Marchez ou faites du vélo pour tout et n'importe quoi - Lower Harbour, brasseries locales, Farmer's Marquette, hebdomadaire Music on Third Street, Presque Isle, et plus encore !!! Beaucoup de mises à jour: intérieur peint entier, nouveaux sols en pergo dans la cuisine et la salle de bain: lavabo moderne, baignoire sur pattes ancienne avec douche (neuve) et meuble-lavabo! Les ventilateurs de plafond et de nombreuses fenêtres dans toute la maison avec vue sur les gens et les lieux de la ville; Planchers de bambou dans les salles à manger / salons et les chambres à coucher: Chambre n ° 1 / lit queen; Chambre n ° 2 / lit simple. Futon est le salon est haut de gamme et doux aussi !!! Wifi; W / D; stationnement hors rue; foyer extérieur; gril; Barrière d'intimité de 8 pieds! Animal négociable.

Location near center of town was great! House had everything we needed to regroup between camping trips. Fourth Street can be a busy road and at times the road noise was loud when we had the windows open. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location a few blocks from pretty much everything in downtown. Very clean and well kept. Fenced in yard/ dog bowls/ dog towels/ toys are very accommodating for small to medium sized dog.

Yearly trip to Marquette for Beer Festival. This is a very convenient spot, close to downtown. Host responsive. Updated bathroom, shower is great.

This is a great centrally located place in Marquette. It has everything you need and we love the shower. Beds are very comfortable and window fans help cool off the air so you sleep great. The fire pit outside is great for doing smores. We already have booked our next trip.

Couldn’t reach host by message or phone for check in instructions after 7 hour drive to Marquette. Finally contacted VRBO for assistance. They were unsuccessful in contacting host as well. Had to cancel reservation with VRBO and then find room in local motel. Received apology from host later that evening. Apology accepted. Received refund for cancellation. Looks like a nice place to stay in Marquette though.

Disappointed with managers very delayed response when booking and during stay (reported other and cell phone issues). At arrival, house very hot with no fans or ventilation. Dead bugs in windows, coffee maker and on the floor. W/D in dirty basement with linens left in the dryer. Yard, dog bowls and treats are great for a dog. Close to neighbors especially with windows open, but nice that is walkable to waterfront, restaurants and trails.

The home is in a perfect location a block from both Washington and 3rd, which makes for a short walk to the business district, restaurants, coffee, breweries, bike trail, and farmers market. Well appointed and very clean, with small sideyard that is fenced and two porches. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Chic uncluttered decor, plenty spacious for two or three. Clean. The shower is amazing, with 3 showerheads. It is 1 1/2 blocks from the Iron Heritage bike trail and 1 block off Third St and Washington where all the stores, art galleries, breweries, and restaurants. It is an easy walk to the beach and waterfront. The owner was very responsive.

The house was perfect for the weekend to celebrate my son’s graduation from NMU. Everything we needed was at the house. Great location! The host was great about responding.

Easy to find, easy to get in, full ammenities! Plus the backyard being fenced in was great for the dog. Awesome bathroom, the shower is ahhh-mazing. Comfy bed with extra pillows and linens in the closet. We were stoked to see the obviously dog-friendliness. Treats, food/water bowls, even a towel on the floor by the foodbowl we used for wiping our dag's paws. Not to mention the couch covering, which made us not feel obligated to clean up every speck of doghair in order to avoid extra cleaning fees. 10/10 will stay here every time we come to Marquette and this property is available 👌👍

This home was perfect for our stay in Marquette. We were within walking distance from several restaurants and shops. We were minutes from the NMU Campus and the views were incredible!

Loved staying at this property. Everything both downtown and on third street is in walking distance. We cooked one meal in and the kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil we needed. Very clean and cute decor!

It was nice that everything at this place was primarily on one level. The only stairs are the stairs up to the patio. I’ll do the bathroom might look a little rough and we were told as much by the host the shower was overall amazing. This property is also really conveniently located to NMU as well as downtown Marquette. We definitely plan to be back.

Bedrooms are adequate for our family of 3.
Living room is comfortable.
Kitchen is well equipped.
Location is probably the highlight of this property.
Walking distance to main streets: Washington and Third.
Short drives to beaches and mountains.

My husband and I had the best time taking our pups on a little adventure to marquette! The house was perfect and we walked just about everywhere. We can’t wait to come back next year. Susan was so easy to communicate with and the perfect host.

Location, location, location. This charming two bedroom house is steps away from downtown Marquette and all that includes even a local yoga studio. Just up the hill and over to all the shops and restaurants of 3rd street. Harlow park and the Co-op are just short distance in the other direction.The beds had great mattresses and the kitchen was well equipped. Modern TVs and fast Internet. This made for a great base of operations for a week in Marquette.

Can’t beat the location. The place is also clean and cozy. They’ve done some redecorating since the listing photos and it was a nice surprise. Would stay again!

We unfortunately were unable to stay at the property this time but will definitely try again! Due to circumstances out of the owner's control we had to cancel our stay. She was very helpful throughout the process. We were fully reimbursed and she made the effort to pay for our replacement property. Will hope to stay here when we travel back to Marquette.

This location can't be beat for walkability in Marquette, and the house itself is delightful. I gave a *slight* nick on cleanliness, but the issue was an unfortunate lack of communication that wasn't the host's fault – and she made it 100% right. I wouldn't hesitate to enjoy this property again.

I loved this little home. The space was comfortable and the dogs loved the back yard. Susan was extremely responsive and got us checked in early. Best house to stay in during our wedding weekend! Thank you again!

This place is clean, bright and perfectly located. Great for the dog too-nice backyard to do his business (yup, cleaned it up!). This felt like home away from home. Main bed is a little tight, we had to split up and I slept in front room. Also, this is definitely a city place so ear plugs and eye shades help if you’re sensitive to that stuff.
