Bella Casa est un 1100 Sq. Ft. Condo avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain situé sur une rue résidentielle tranquille bordée d'arbres dans l'un des plus anciens quartiers de Santa Fe. Le complexe de condominiums Old Trails a été construit en 1983 sur le site d'un ancien domaine et ne comporte que 5 unités en forme de L. Bella Casa est située dans le coin intérieur, ce qui permet des patios avant et arrière complètement privés. Deux places de stationnement réservées hors rue sont à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. Ce quartier est connu comme le quartier historique de South Capitol et est à moins d'un mile du centre de Santa Fe Plaza, Canyon Road et à 2 pâtés de maisons du State Capitol "Round House". Les cloches de la cathédrale peuvent être entendues à l'extérieur et vous guideront vers l'un des endroits les plus intéressants de tout le pays! Galeries, musées d'art, d'histoire et d'art populaire, Canyon Road, musée pour enfants, marchés de producteurs, expositions d'art, restaurants, vignobles, couchers de soleil, spas, golf, ski, randonnée pédestre et les gens formidables abondent ici! Les excursions d'une journée sont faciles à réaliser dans le nord du Nouveau-Mexique et Albuquerque est à moins d'une heure au sud. Les aéroports sont idéalement situés à Santa Fe et à Albuquerque. Bella Casa est une adobe avec de hauts plafonds avec des vigas apparentes, une cheminée Kiva, des sols en briques partout, une cuisine de cuisine et, surtout, de l'intimité. Les deux chambres séparées avec bains (une de 8 marches vers le haut, une de 8 marches vers le bas) permettent une intimité totale des clients et sont exceptionnelles pour deux couples. Les patios avant et arrière ont été entièrement repensés et réaménagés en 2018. Les deux vous donnent une sensation intérieure / extérieure dans tout le condo et une grande lumière. Le salon (avec canapé-lit queen amélioré), une cuisine entièrement équipée, une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal de grande taille ajoutent à votre confort. Le lit King et la salle de bain à l'étage et le lit Queen au rez-de-chaussée et la salle de bain adjacente sont particulièrement agréables pour l'intimité des clients si vous voyagez avec deux couples, en famille ou tout simplement pour un voyage entre filles. Les deux chambres ont la télévision par câble, tout comme le salon qui dispose également d'un DVR et d'un lecteur DVD. Peu importe ce qui vous amène au Nouveau-Mexique, je crois que vous apprécierez vraiment votre séjour à Bella Casa. Ce sera un endroit pour appeler à la maison pendant votre absence! I can not say enough about Bella Casa or our host Diane. The condo is welcoming, comfortable and perfectly located. The attention to detail iis outstanding on the inside and outside. Diane is fabulous to work with, she is responsive and gave recommendations on dining, activities and more. We traveled from Upstate New York for a special celebration and Bella Casa helped to make it perfect.

Very good first VRBO experience! The casa is tastefully decorated with lovely Santa Fe art and furniture, has a great layout and is just the right size. Cozy and homey atmosphere, every detail thought out. Two charming private patios and reserved parking were much appreciated perks. Diane is a very organized and thoughtful host, and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Highly recommended!

We loved this home! What a comfortable, well appointed house for travelers. There are 2 primary suites with attached baths. Also a generous living and kitchen area.
The location was close enough to downtown that we were able to enjoy walking everywhere.
We so enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with our coffee in the mornings and in front of the chiminea in the evening.
This is a beautiful and welcoming environment. It truly enhanced our visit to Santa Fe.

Lovely home, beautifully maintained, super clean, excellent instructions for the trip. Never had a host this responsive or helpful. She is inded a "superhost". The condo has a great location for sightseeing, SF Opera, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Just a great pick

The property was very nice and exactly as represented. The decor is charming. The home is well stocked. We found everything we needed. It is very clean and homey and within walking distance of many downtown attractions and dining establishments. Communication with the property manager was prompt, clear and friendly, offering unique local activities and places to dine. If we visit Santa Fe again we will for sure book this place. So nice and we had such a great time! Thank you!!!!!!

We stayed here two years ago and were delighted that it was available this year for our travel dates. The condo is perfectly located and very comfortable. Diane is very easy to reach and responsive to any inquiries very quickly. The condo is also very well stocked and we appreciated the amenities. We will definitely return the next time we come to Santa Fe. Bravo!

We stayed at Diane’s place while on a reunion trip- 3 ladies who hadn’t seen each other in 8 years. To say that the place was perfect is an understatement. From the most comfortable beds to the little details like emergency supplies tucked away in the bathroom cabinets to the location. It was outstanding. Repeatedly, the three of us mentioned how we can’t wait to return and stay at Diane’s place again. Don’t hesitate to click the book button. You won’t regret it!

The whole experience was amazing and a real lesson in attention to detail and hospitality. Diane was a first rate host - incredibly responsive, thoughtful in her suggestions and the house was filled with conveniences.
The location couldn’t have been better - virtually every place ( except the mountains and real of town stuff) we put in to our maps was around 6 minutes.
We have young kids so we’d come back to the house to rest during the day and it was the perfect place for a break - we all found our own little reading spots.
The mattresses and blankets were so comfortable and speaking as someone who likes it cold, the house was really cool even when it was 91 as a high!
It was also perfectly clean - so bravo to Angela for keeping the house so spotless!

Bella Casa was so well decorated in the Southwestern style with lots of art and crafts. The owner had it well equipped with anything you might need. We ate on the patios which was a pleasant experience. The condo was located very close to a lot of things to do. The owner was readily available to answer questions. I highly recommend Bella Casa.

We had the most delightful stay at this lovely townhouse in Santa Fe! From the moment we booked, it was clear that our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
Firstly, it was evident that great care was taken to maintain a pristine environment for guests. The Southwestern decor added an authentic touch to our experience, making us feel truly immersed in the culture of Santa Fe.
One of the highlights of our stay was the two outdoor spaces provided. The proximity to downtown was another major plus. We were just a short distance away from all the attractions, yet nestled in a cute neighborhood that offered a sense of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle.
The strong WiFi signal was a pleasant surprise, especially for those of us who need to stay connected even while on vacation. It allowed us to easily plan our outings and watch Netflix.
Lastly, the check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother. Our host provided clear instructions, making it a breeze to settle in and depart without any hassle.
Overall, we can't recommend this townhouse enough for anyone visiting Santa Fe.

There are so many reasons to stay at this property. It is charming, clean, comfortable and well appointed. It literally has anything one could want with a very well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor patio is lovely. The wi-fi is good.
There is also off street parking for your stay. We used Uber one evening and it was easy.
The host, Diane, is an excellent communicator. She is always accessible for questions. Check-in was simple. Instructions on how to use everything is very clear.
The location is quiet and safe while still being very close to Downtown Santa Fe. Overall, this is one of the better places I have stayed. I shall return!

My friends and I booked the property for a girls weekend, and it was perfect for us! It was cozy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were wonderful, and the outdoor spaces were very inviting. The host Diane was very responsive and easy to reach, and she responded quickly to all of my questions. Also, the location is terrific, very close/within walking distance of the plaza. My friends and I loved it and would definitely stay there again!

This was our annual girls trip for three ladies. We thought Diane had everything we needed in the home. I had a question and she answered me immediately.
When you walk in you feel automatically warm and at home. The decor is so perfect and I believe the owner has some original artwork on the walls. Colorful and beautiful, just exactly what we had anticipated in New Mexico.
It snowed when we were there and there is a cozy Kiva fireplace so we snuggled up with some wine and blankets. Its proximity to the downtown is perfect. If it was a little warmer we would have walked for sure. There are hiking trails and spas and our favorite outing was the Santa Fe cooking school!

Diane has thought of everything for her charming, ideally located home! Bella Casa is wonderfully stocked and perfectly organized (I wish my cupboards looked like hers!) The place is immaculate and full of amenities. My college-age son and I went for a last-minute spring break getaway and loved the quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the Plaza. We especially enjoyed the kiva fireplace and the comfy beds. And it's the little things--the provided firewood, a selection of books, lovely towels--that make for such a comfortable stay. Definitely will return with my husband!

This is a beautiful home in a very convenient location - minutes from downtown plaza. Kelley goes out of her way to communicate and make everything so easy. Unlike other VRBO's we've stayed at she takes the extra steps of providing small conveniences like coffee pods, creamers, spices, paper towels, toilet paper and tin foil -- these seem small but it's so nice not to have to immediately run to the grocery store upon arrival. The house is so comfortable with great areas for relaxing and visiting. The beds were so comfortable! Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful get away!

We have stayed in some nice rentals in the US and abroad but have never felt the TLC we found in Bella Casa in Santa Fe. Owner thought of everything that could possibly make a guest feel at home. We could tell that this place is special to her and that she wants her guests to feel welcome. Even checkout was a breeze...no lists of instructions before leaving, i,e. trash, linens, dishes, etc. I felt the expectation was that we would be responsible enough to leave the place in good shape. What a treat! We hope to return soon!

My husband and I travelled with our friends for a weekend away. The house is charming and decorated well with area items and art work. The kitchen is well stocked. It even had fajita pans! The front and back courtyards were functional and beautiful. The house layout was nice for 2 couples to have their own space. Diane seemed interested in making sure we had what we needed and offered to answer any questions we had. It was clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Casa Bella was a great place to launch all the fun activities in Santa Fe. The kitchen was well stocked, bedding was comfortable, parking was convenient, secure location, nice bathrooms, WiFi signal good, communication with owner timely, outdoor patios were restful and private.
As a “split level” with the king bedroom up several steps and the queen bedroom down several steps, this is probably not the place for someone who has trouble with stairs—both bathrooms involve stairs.
I would definitely rent again (titanium knees ensure all is good)!

Spent a long weekend in Santa Fe with some long-time friends. The home was so relaxing and beautiful and as we walked in the home we immediately felt at home and at peace!

There were three of us who stayed at this exceptional place for five nights. Everything was as described and photographed, only the amenities far surpassed what we expected. This property and it's management is the best we have experienced in using VRBO rentals. It was a reasonable proximity to the State Capital, the Plaza, and restaurants, all within a very stable and safe neighborhood. Whenever we return again, this is where we would stay. Absolute perfection on every level!

My sisters and I rented Bella Casa for our stay in Santa Fe. We were very happy we did. Diane has gone out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. The condo is very clean, the beds are new and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and she even has emergency items for your use. It is centrally located and close to the museums, Sante Fe Plaza, and grocery stores. We will definitely stay in this beautiful condo when we return to see all the museums and art galleries we missed on the first visit!

This townhouse is appointed charmingly. There are two quiet outside areas. The bedrooms are dark and quiet. The living areas are comfortable.
Diane is on top of all communication. Check in directions were perfectly clear and easy to follow.
We were able to walk to the main square, to dinner and to cooking school. Great location.

Bella Casa was the best place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for going to the Plaza. Communication was easy and prompt. We felt like we guests of a fantastic host. Everything we could have imagined we would need was right there and easy to find. We loved the little details like Kleenex and clocks in every room. The bed was very comfortable. There were many pillows to choose from so you could choose harder or softer. Diane has really taken the time to think of everything for your comfort. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget. There was even a basket of masks and wipes if you needed them. We give this place the highest rating possible. You won’t be disappointed!
