la ubicación esta muy bien, las camas están super cómodas, es un lugar muy limpio y bonito, la atención de los trabajadores es excelente y tiene una vista muy bonita.

lo único malo es la bajada a la entrada del hotel si llevas a personas con discapacidad si es complicado.

A toda mi familia nos gustó mucho el Hotel, acudimos a Guanajuato Capital a una boda y descansamos muy a gusto, la vista hermosa a la Bufa, el personal muy amable y atento, instalaciones cómodas y amplias.

-we were not warned in advance of the extremely steep driveway and the need to walk up it after parking the car in the garage..

Friendly staff but unable to deliver on most of my needs. Very far away from the center and almost impossible to walk up the hill to the property.

Good location, great hosts, new facility, clean and great views.

Nothing really other than no coffee available in the morning however not to far down the street there was a great restaurant which had coffee and breakfast.

The place was beautiful and our room was spacious and clean. The staff we so so lovely and helpful when we needed extra help. Its a little bit of a walk from the centre but honestly it wasn’t a problem. Overall, we loved our stay!

The shower was the only good thing about this place

AVOID! There are several reasons why I wouldn't recommend staying here: 1. Weak wifi: it never worked for us. It would connect but the signal was so weak no matter where we stood in the room we could never get it to work. 2. Location: it is far from the city center which we knew but thought it would still be walkable since it is about a 25 min walk. The hotel is located on a steep hill so there is no way you can easily get there without a car. The place is EXTREMELY noisy, the walls are paper thin and there are a lot of dogs in the area that will bark all night. 3. Customer support: our room had a huge water leak and one of our backpacks got soaking wet. We realized this in the morning and ask a staff member several times if there was something he could do about it. He apologized but asked me to give him a solution. I believe the hotel should be able to give guests solutions instead of asking them to tell them what to do. The guy offered to talk to management but we needed to leave. The hotel has our contact information and didn't bother to follow up to address the issue.

Staff were great. Room was spacious and attractive. Bed was very comfortable.

It was a bit further from the center than I wanted to be.

The thing did not like was that… did not have an iron and was not informed that had to request the service early in the morning. One more thing, might not be related to the property, but there were dogs barking during the night and too early morning.

they didn’t change towels and didn’t change sheets for 4 nights , no on site restaurant , I also left my phone charger. No place to charge by bed.

The rooms are so nice , comfortable beds and the checking checkout very fast.

it was really cosy, beautiful space and very friendly helpful attentive owners. Great communication before even arriving. The room was hygienic and cleaned exceptional everyday with attention to detail. Free refillable water for guests in lobby was a huge bonus. location was out of centro though we loved the area and kept extending our stay. A short (but steep) scenic hilly walk to a lovely area with cafes near a river. we have a baby and using the pram and carrier still worked. it was good excercise :p Beautiful hotel amongst nature. play area for kids is a plus too!

it would be perfect it there was fly screens for the sliding doors to the balcony. Would allow for airflow then without the mosquitos getting in. The first room we stayed in king bed the hot water took a very long time to warm up. second room we stayed in double bed had no issue with hot water. The rooftop was really beautiful views of the mountains it could make a beautiful space for a common area.

Super friendly and welcoming, nice architectural details, lovely decorated and secure. The hotel has its own underground parking and by car you can easily reach Pípila with its great view over the colourful city of Guanajuato.

The location is quiet but obviously not in the city center of Guanajuato. So I would recommend a car or taxi to drive from hotel to town.
