The room had a bathtub ! The inside atmosphere was good and I felt a resort vacation.
It was a bit far from the centro.

What a great hotel, it exceeded our expectations! Looks even better in real life than in the pictures! Awesome facilities and super well maintained, great and big SPA area! Beautiful gardens. The Hotel is quite big but doesn't feel as big, because it is widely spread. We will definitely come back! Walking distance to the center is about 10 - 15 minutes, they have free valet parking which worked out great! The staff was great besides one lady.
As I mentioned 10/10, but the lady which was working the reception on late shifts 17. + 18.02., should definitely work on her attitude. This could really destroy the great vibe the hotel has, for some guests.
On 17.02. when she was receiving us, she did not give us a warm welcome, she was snappy and going super fast through her check-in list. On 18.02. we returned to the hotel in the evening, after doping the room key at the reception in the morning. She told us that the key is not there and we must have lost it. She made us check our bag again, despite us being sure that we droppend it before leaving. They gave us a spare key and found the original key later at reception. This can happen, but the last thing should be to blame the guest first hand.
The rest of the staff was great and welcoming.
For us this didn't kill our experience, this is why I still give full rating, but for others it could and that's so sad when everything besides that is so beautiful!

The property consists of many superimposed buildings combined into a single continuous complex. It is very interesting, well maintained, cozy and friendly. Restaurant on site is gourmet. Pool is heated, lots of public space, parking is valet on street.

Breakfast was very good too.
The internet service was very poor. They need to improve the wifi connectivity.
They also need to upgrade the Televisions. The TVs were very small in size!

We loved this hotel so much and we will come back and enjoy the amenities that this gem has to offer. The hotel is around a 25 minute walk from downtown. It is very quiet and calm. The restaurant Teresita is delicious and the servers are friendly and professional. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the room was very clean. This hotel has little details that make you feel appreciated and at home. We would stay here just to enjoy the spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool. It even has a movie theater. We absolutely recommend this clean, calm, and beautiful hotel.

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are large, clean and quiet. The food and staff were excellent. The property is exceptional.
The sauna and pool were awesome!
We had trouble with the internet. It was very spotty.
We requested to use the hot tub but realized that we needed to give much longer notice than 1 hour because it was not really hot.

The property is exceptionally beautiful and tranquil. You have the benefit of staying close to the center but slightly removed from the congestion and close to a natural setting. Walking around the property you’ll discover the most beautiful corners and spaces. The staff is kind and professional.

the temperature of the room was cold and the air condition system was failing.

Breakfast was our favorite meal here. The staff at the restaurant was very attentive and by the second day remembered that my husband had coffee and I had decaf coffee.
We had to go to a different room on one day to take a shower because they had problems with the hot water but they resolved this.

Cool private cinema, great food, fair to good pool, rooms vary but our AC didn’t blow well so it took forever to cool. No hot water for the gorgeous bathtub or shower but we only stayed one night so it was too late to do anything about it by the tome we realized.
