great location to everything.

breakfast was served late (8am) and we had to leave by 8am

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location couldn't be beat.

If you like sleeping above a night club, this might be the place for you. Their terraza was used as an event salon every night we were there. That combined with the noise from outside, we didn't get to sleep until 3am any day of our 3 day stay. The rooms are not soundproofed, their event salon is not soundproofed, and they actually left a pair earplugs in the bedroom, as if that would make up for it. The parking situation is already adequately described in other reviews, but the noise definitely would have changed my selection of places to stay.

Clean, quiet, the pool and excellent location.

Location was really good and the bed was really comfy.

We wanted to use the gym and guest room, but they both were occupied and couldn’t use them

Loved the pool area. it would have been nice to have an actual hot tub. We got hungry during our swim and the staff brought us food to the pool area which was fantastic. We also liked that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel so we could go explore since we arrived before our check in.

The breakfast staff was not as friendly as the night staff and no one told us about the buffet breakfast. It could have been more clear.

Location was excellent. In the ❤ of everything. Room was comfortable and spacious. The Juliette balconies were very nice. It felt like be in any European town.

The bed is on the firmer side.

The king bed was comfortable, that's as fas it goes

Price - quality is quite horrid. Some hidden fees after you've booked. Shower was bad, went from hot to cold and cheap quality Because of the weather we had to eat at the restaurant, bread tasted and felt like a day old, dry chicken.. we were the only ones.. For the prices we paid I expected a lot more...

The hotel is beautiful and located near the historic center of Guanajuato.

The room was hot and the air conditioning system did not function well. The electric and water were turned off to our room 30 minutes before check out time. I had to pack my bags in the intense heat and left the hotel drenched in sweat. It was very upsetting to be treated this way.

Pretty hotel and a great location so you can go into all Guanajuato on you feet.

Too expensive for what it offers, i would expect some place to park my car and a hot pool. Pool was cold and we didn't even get some free breakfast that's offered on check in at desk.

We arrived by car and did not know Guanajuato. The GPS service was very bad and we kept getting lost. The tunnels are spectacular but reception was terrible. We were quickly lost and the GPS kept sending us elsewhere. I called the hotel and they sent someone out to meet us. We appreciated that because the police only gave us 5 minutes to move. So thank you! The location of this hotel is right in front of all major center landmarks, dining and music. If you like peace and quiet, this may not be the right location for you.

Edelmira is not located on the street but inside a plaza that is only accessible by foot. There is no onsite parking so the car had to be parked outside the center of town so we had to get a taxi on the way to the hotel and to pick up the car when we left. It's very difficult to drive in this city and with the car being so far from the hotel we only walked as far as we could and took the trolley bus to tour the area. The service was not as expected for a boutique hotel at the price point I paid. The linens were not changed before we arrived. We slept in them and noticed the next day as I was making the bed. When I went to concierge to let them know, t was treated as if I just needed room service. I also asked for a couple additional coffee pods as we were leaving early and they behaved as if they were priceless and limited.

We loved it so much we stayed an extra night at Edelmira Hotel Boutique. The staff excellent, very helpful and courteous. The room super clean, comfortable beds

Perfect location at downtown Guanajauto! Walking distance to everything. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean. 10/10
