Stuff. From reception, to the bar, all were very, very polite and friendly.

The view over the town, the beach and the sea - from the 10th floor of the hotel was very nice. The position of the hotel is also ok, near to everything.

The elevators are always busy, you have to wait several minutes in order to come to the highers floors. The room is very simple, basic. According to my booking confirmation, there should have been a flat TV in the room, but there wasn't. We had an old "thick" TV with only bulgarian channels. In the room there were only two power outlets - one of them was always used by the mini fridge, so we had just one power outlets to charge our phones, to use our hairdryer (no hairdryer in the room). The bathroom was so little, without any shower cabin - everything got wet during a shower. They didn't change the towels at all during our stay. The room was not cleaned, they only took out the trash. The sunbeds by the pool were always busy, I think that some guests left their towels there in the middle of the night. The food was the same every day and we had to wait in the queue for at least 30 minutes to get something to eat. Owful. The staff was unfriendly, angry, not helpful at all and couldn't speak english.

Maybe lack of a big mirror and a hanger in corridor and hair dryer in the bathroom

As always, it's the location of the hotel that made us keep coming back. The pool is also great.

The rooms are in the same poor condition as ever, burned carpets, moldy smell, cheap sheets, towels and toilet paper. Towels were not changed, those on the floor were removed but no fresh ones were brought in. They took my car keys and moved my car around but when it came to check out, they needed a full hour to get my car back out (even though I let them know well before that we will be departing at 7:30 AM).
