Close to restaurants, night market and not too far from downtown Ha Tien. Hotel was clean and staff was very responsive.

Room #201 on the top floor had air conditioner problem and could not cool down to desired temp all night. The shower area was very tight. Toilet seat will get wet after a shower. We reserved a family room with 4 queen beds and a room with 2 queen beds. Rooms were smaller than what we expected.

Great location. Very helpful host. Helped arrange travel, booking a bus, calling cabs. Very pleasant room and staff, clean, bright, working AC and it was quiet. Walking distance from the night market, and the water. The owner also made good food recommendations. Would happily stay here again!

The design, the comfort, my room… Perfect !

We enjoyed our stay at Sele House. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and was cleaned daily- fresh towels and water. The house is in a quiet location but there are plenty of eating places nearby and we easily walked to the town and night market.

The beds were very nice, and the cleanliness of the rooms is almost perfect.

The shower on the bathroom was very uncomfortable (we were 3, I can't believe for more people). The soaps also, It will be better to have real bottle soap than small samples. And maybe change the shower head, it's cheap to do and it will upgrade the overall impression of the bathroom

It was in a quiet suburb area for a peaceful night of sleep. Clean room and bathroom as well as everything in working order. Such as hot shower, good wifi, and helpful staff.

Since I only stayed one night I cannot make any suggestions but to continue keeping the property in good shape and offering quality service.

In general there are hilarious many birdhouses in Ha Tien. It’s a huge and deafening cacaphony. Fortunately the one in front of Sele house is quiet at night!

The owner was very helpful with organising onward travel to Cambodia. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood with nice cafes nearby. The decor is very nice.

Very nice, quiet room with good balcony looking into a lot of green trees for us. The owner helped us with our border crossing into Cambodia by checking the taxi prices from the border to both Kep and Phnom Penh, and checking the bus time also so we could decide which was the best option. Reception also called us a taxi twice (15 ish mins to the beach), and arranged the return taxi after we used WhatsApp to tell them we were ready to return from the beach. They also got us a breakfast of pate and egg banh mi in, on request, at a reasonable price. We recommend the little shop opposite for a cheap, sweet coffee too.

Unfortunately when we checked in, and all the following day, the English speaking owner was out of town and the desk staff didn’t speak any English. However they were really friendly and were trying hard to be helpful, and thanks to google translate and lots of gestures they did help us out by ordering breakfast and taxis for us. Luckily the day before we checked out the owner returned, in time to help us with the more complicated issue of border crossing.

The location is great. It is near the harbor of Ha Tien, leading to Phu Quoc island. Also, it is near the market, or any other place in Ha Tien maybe because Ha Tien is quite small.

Sometimes the kids make noise, but it's Ok. Cos at night it's quiet, so we can sleep soundly and peacefully.
