Everything was perfect. Everything one needs and expects in an accommodation was available. The owner is easily reachable and comes out of his way to fix any problem swiftly

There is a pool, but not attached to the property, one has to walk 2min...the weather was a bit cold anyway, therefore didn't use it.

The property was well located and secure. It is clean and kitchen is well equipped. The garden and outside area was great especially for a long stay. The hosts were amazing, thoughtful and responsive to our needs.

There was an alternative to issues beyond the villa eg gas stove, rechargeable lights The hosts really went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay including our 1 year old baby

The space was as described, It was perfect for our long stay. It felt safe and secure. It had several amenities and the hosts were very supportive. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do. The outdoor space was ideal for my 2 year old. I am happy to stay there again.

Best place to stay would definitely recommend to anyone visiting in Sandton. Host is great

I really loved the apartment and the cleanliness of it. I had an amazing stay besides the mix up.

The fact that I had to wait for 3 hours the following day to check in even though the mix up was not from my side.

It’s quite close to Sandton City- walking distance and in a quiet neighbourhood.

1. The description of pool is not correct as it gives the impression the apartment has a pool but that’s a shared communal pool which is behind another apartment block - so you walk out of your apartment to go there if you wanted to use it. 2. The sun terrace is great, but the property doesn’t get much sunlight or day light into it as there are 2 big trees that overshadow the property. I couldn’t have breakfast in the sunshine. I found myself having to have lights on most of the day time. The trees could use some trimming to allow sunlight. 3. The TV signal was a bit sketchy although the owner came to try and fix it. Worked for a bit but tube dish needs attention. 4. Would be great to get some clothes detergent tablets thrown in to do at least one or two clothes wash cycles. If you plan on washing clothes take your own or if you’re lucky they have kept what I bought for future users.
