Clean hotel and easy to get around Brussels.

except for its proximity to the main railway station, there is nothing positive about the hotel and this very positive point is also turns negative when you find people roaming around the hotel leisurely giving you weird intimidating looks, making you feel unsafe!

room and bathroom - was not being cleaned properly - upon raising the concern, reception did not respond. intercom in room was not working. even the blanket covers were torn and sheets were dirty (see pic) location - though close to main railway station, surrounding felt unsafe as lots of people were loitering around and usually look at you weirdly! breakfast - containers were not refilled during the breakfast window once they were finished! staff starts cleaning the breakfast spread around 9:30am though the breakfast window closes at 10am in weekday and 10:30am in weekends (we stayed through weekday to weekend) and almost all the days we stayed there, they closed the juice and coffee/tea dispensers by 9:45 am. all of the staffs in breakfast area are always in hurry. Served half rotten fruits - especially bananas and grapes). Poor management and security. Will never choose ibis anywhere again and will spread the word to save people from spending money and wasting the holidays!

There was no electrical kettle to make tea

The hotel has a fantastic location very close to Gare du Midi so excellent for the Eurostar and connections onwards. The staff are lovely, friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

The hotel room had a mouldy bathroom, half a toilet roll (for a family of three), very thin towels and stained sheets. There was a sign in reception about child sex expiolatation and trafficking which I suppose was intended to reassure us they were vigilant to prevent it but it made us feel alarmed about what had previously happened at the hotel that such a sign was needed.

Great location near the train station. Friendly staff at the front desk.

The bartender was rude. If you don't like foreigners then you shouldn't have a job at a hotel across from an international train station. Food choices were slim the first 2 days as the bartender admitted to not having stocked up for a busy weekend.

Pessima, suja, a privada estava MARROM, a parte do box da cama tinha uma mancha de algo escorrido, quarto todo tinha um cheiro absurdo de limão, tão forte que era difícil de respirar, chão todooo manchado. Pessimo, tanto a parte de limpeza quanto os móveis. Localização também deixa a desejar, perto da estação de Bruxelas porém uma área bem simples da cidade, com muito cheiro de xixi, uma área abandonada.

Excellent
