Great location, car park right behind the hotel. Close to bars and nightlife.

Noise travelled easily from the corridors. Unable to get a lie-in due to vacuuming around 9am.

Location is good for walking access to SSE Arena and Titanic quarter. There are a range of restaurants in a square just behind the hotel. The self service breakfast in the hotel is good and provides plenty of choice.

The rooms and bathrooms are very basic and could do with updating and maintenance. The rooms are noisy both from within and outside of the hotel with the sounds of traffic and people in the street.

Location not too far from the centre. Had an evening meal in the restaurant which was nice.

Went down for breakfast about 9.00 and most of the food was dried up especially the fried eggs Male manager seemed to go get fresh but then a female assistant manager had to sort it out Then a steady stream of staff started coming in to help themselves to breakfast from 9.30 while customers are still having breakfast It's expensive enough without inferior food. The next day went down earlier and it was much better. Also the bedroom was too warm.

Rent och fräscht, sköna sängar, dygnet-runt öppen reception och möjlighet att koka te och kaffe på rummet. Frukosten var bra med stort utbud. Bra läge med många restauranger runt hörnet.

Allt var egentligen toppen, men lite opersonligt.

A bath would have been lovely but understand this is unusual in hotels nowadays.

Location perfect If going to an event in the SSE Arena, 10 minute walk no waiting around after for taxis or anything can just walk home. Food was lovely there and staff are exceptionally nice and friendly, very approachable.

The location is perfect for everything, the city, the waterfront , the pubs, restaurants and shops. The breakfast is a buffet style but there is everything there for every guest including gluten free bread. If there is anything you would like cooked a certain way the staff go above and beyond to do it for you. The food is hot and tasty. Our room was on the top floor and we had a great view out overlooking the docks and waterfront. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our flight was at 17.10pm so at the end of your stay you can also leave your baggage at the hotel even after check out. All the staff here are exceptional and very friendly, nothing is to much trouble. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

If I had to say one thing and I'm being very picky as its a small thing........then a few more hooks in the room to hang coats up would be great.

The view from our window was into an apartment block wall so room was dark & couldn’t see what the weather was!😩 Room is dated & had chips out of laminate floor & some marks in bedding!😩

Everything was great at the hotel. Really warm welcome and the room and breakfast were great. Was at an event in the Arena so location was perfect and at the same time it was handy for the city centre.

We thought the cost of Breakfast was a bit pricey.

We were allowed early access to our room, we also woke up late and wasn't charged extra. We also left our bags for the day which was helpful. Would stay again. The snacks and drinks was qlso an added bonus.

Great stay, great breakfast and great location. We were given the option of where we wanted our room to be. I'd say (if you have the option) to choose the quite side as the front of the building has a busy road and it can get quite busy.

The room was quite warm... would have been nice to have a window that can generate some fresh air.

The location is superb. The hotel was well maintained, staff friendly and accommodating, breakfast was great with a good range of items at a good price. The sports bar was lovely and bright.
