The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip; very convenient and really close to the nearest tube station (Angel). The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Service was prompt and efficient. The hotel was very clean. The Christmas decorations were classy and it felt lovely and festive. Breakfast was great; plenty of choice.

Nice, clean and quiet room, clean bathroom, excellent breakfast with wide offer, kind, helpfull staff. Location was great for our trip purpose (family visit to Warner Bros. Harry Potter making so view across the street + just one station from King´s Cross and two stations from Euston), but would fit to others as well due to great transport availability (placed almost next to underground station and bus stops) and walking distance f.e. to St. Paul’s is not bad either. Reccomend.

The room was okay, clean and comfortable. But nothing special. There was no fresh milk in the room, only UHT and only two tea bags. I asked reception for fresh milk, but just got more UHT. When I asked again they said I had to contact room service or come and get some from the cafe. There was also some guests in another room having a massive row at 3.00 am. I expected security to intervene, but they just kept going.

The breakfast was shocking for a professional hotel, and for the price paid. First, it was chaos. Long queues, and the staff were generally pretty stressed and glum looking. One of two coffee machines were not working, and the coffee was like bilge. We has to go elsewhere to get a decent coffee. I'm surprised Hilton cant organise an excellent coffee, it seems so basic. The quality of the food in the breakfast was poor. The UK has some fantastic foods, which Hilton could showcase given the number of tourists. But they seem to have decided to go cheap. Cheap sausages, bacon, soggy scrambled eggs. There was avocado on toast on the menu, which we asked for but they couldn't provide it. The whole experience was shabby unprofessional and frankly we couldnt wait to get away.

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Schone kamers. Werden ook iedere dag schoongemaakt zodra wij weg waren.

A localização do hotel é boa, próximo a estação de trem King Cross / St Pancras International. As camas são confortáveis.

Acho que é uma questão geral e cultural de Londres, porém a avaliação quanto a estadia é que os funcionários são pouco solicitos, falam o inglês britânico de forma rápida, não demonstrando interesse em se comunicar de forma mais confortável para os viajantes. Falta atenção quanto ao número de toalhas conforme a quantidade de hóspedes nos quartos, sendo necessário solicitarmos mais toalhas todos os dias. A limpeza não é boa, os utensílios para aquecer água todos muito sujos. A banheira muito estreita e a água do chuveiro fica sempre acumulada, pois a vazão do ralo é muito lenta. O vazo com aspecto sujo, encardido, no fundo. Pelo preço pago e por ser um hotel Hilton, acho que deveriam reformar a qualidade ou readequar os preços.

Great Bed and Shower, good air con and shower speed and temperature

Small room, no help with luggages even when asked for the reception lady intentionally ignored the request for help. Could train staff not to be too cruel when guests occasionally need luggage assistance supports.

The location was great, pretty clean room too.

You would expect for complimentary water bottles from a 4 stars hotel in London, which weren’t provided. The refrigerator in the room was empty which is a shame as we’re used to have a mini bar in the room. The staff never asked us how was our flight when we checked in or how was our stay when we checked out, which is basically hospitality 101 in my opinion. The breakfast was quite basic (almost no veggies at all and one type of cheese, for example).

Easy check-in and professional and warm staff. They were willing to help you even before you ask. Location very good for those who need to traverse via the train and bus stations. Comfortable and clean room and bathroom.
